The apartment is charming and tastefully furnished, within walking distance of the Colosseum and a metro station. It is very clean, with fresh sheets, towels, and Nespresso capsules provided daily.

Fantastic. We went at the peak of a heatwave and this stay was an oasis of comfort in a dire situation. Our room had a very high ceiling, TWO aircons, two TVs and a lot of breathing space. Bath was clean and spacious - ideal for a recovery after exploring Rome's cobblestones. If you are going in the summer - there is no better place.
There is small, very well air conditioned lobby with a drinking water fountain (a blessing!). Some reviewers claim that it doesn't make rooms isolated enough. I am a fairly private person, and it felt just like regular hotel lobby corridor. Noise wasn't an issue at all either.
Location is obviously great. Bit of advice - via S. G. in Laterano is a bit meh. I recommend taking the higher street via dei SS Quattro to the Colosseum, you can reach it by making a 50m detour up the road. It is worth it!
Host was great at communication as well and tried their best to get us settled. Cleaning lady was very cute and did her work very well!
