Big rooms, nice light, quiet and beautiful high ceilings. Daily cleaning, fresh towels and amenities changed frequently. We got to confer with Jason and Aldo at breakfast, and when needed.
The street outside was not special even though it was within viewing distance from the Colosseum. However, the adjacent streets were filled with nighttime dining choices.

Nice location, just south of the Colusseum with easy access to mass transit. Great breakfasts in our room and our room was large, clean and comfortable.
Our plane from the US was 3 hours late so we missed our checkin time by a lot. They were kind enough to WhatsApp us to stay in contact and were waiting for us when we arrived, but they have limited hours at the front. They do stay in contact by WhatsApp so it’s not what I didn’t like as much as my not being used to this setup. More like a nice Airbnb apartment than a hotel.

Excellent communication and property manager is helpful and go out of their way to help. There is air conditioning. The breakfast is great. You can see the colosseum from your window (a few blocks distant).

Excellent location - few minutes walk to the Coliseum, responsive host, daily clean ups, high ceilings, AC, huge bathroom. Loved the breakfast and the extra bottles of water that were provided daily. Lots of cafes, grocery shops and restaurants nearby.
Construction noise in main lobby during business hours. We were out most of the day so wasn't a big issue.
