Nestled in Stinson Beach, this lovely house for $857 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This custom home was updated with attention to detail. Located close to town and just steps from the beach, this three bedroom home is all about enjoying time at the beach with friends and family. The house has multiple sleeping options, and the kitchen and bathrooms are completely refreshed, with a Jacuzzi in the primary bath. The primary bedroom has a private deck with a sweeping ocean view. Relax or play on the giant sunny stone paver patio. 2 Outdoor showers. Hot Tub. Gas Grill. No pets Allowed. Parking for 4 cars. Water toys include: 4 boogie boards, 1 soft top surfboard. Beach games. Bed Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Double, 1 Twin, 1 Twin trundle. Day Bed in Living room with Twin Mattress. NOTE: All online bookings are subject to owner approval. Off Season: 2-night minimum (excluding holidays) $1,850 first 2 nights. We stayed for a whole week with a gaggle of friends...mostly women over the age of 60. We played corn hole, ping pong and a bit of spike ball in the courtyard, made dinners, ate at restaurants, talked and talked and talked, and boogie boarded every day. We loved it! We love this house, we hope to come back.The only down side was the mattress on the floor in the second upstairs bedroom. People really don't want to have a special vacation in a really nice home like this and then have to sleep on the floor. It's too hard getting up in the middle of the night. Please put a queen size bed in this room.Stinson beach is definitely one of our happy places and we can't wait to return.The house is very clean and well appointed and we very much appreciate that.

Lovely house. Best part is how much light every room gets. Beds were comfortable and the main bathroom was big and shower wonderful.Whole place was clean and comfortable. Easy beach and town access were also apprecited.

This is a wonderful house with a superior, large patio area, a storage bldg w/a plethora of water toys, ping pong, boogie boards, surf boards, beach chairs, etc.A 1-min. walk to the beach. Kitchen and dining area open to the huge patio--delightful!We're happy to hear the huge second bath and small 3rd bdrm are being renovated to become a large 3rd bdrm and smaller second bath.The whole house is well-appointed and was very clean. We loved it!And a delight, as always, to deal with Highway 1 Property.

Wow!!! What an amazing stay we had at this home. We were a party of 7 (family of 4, couple, and solo traveler) and the sleeping arrangements were perfect. The house is well maintained, had EVERYTHING we could want, and is steps from the beach, the town, etc. We couldn't have asked for anything more and are eagerly planning a future trip to stay again. We could not have been happier with our stay. The extras in the house: ping pong table, corn hole, wet suits for our young ones, and more. I spent 12 days at this lovely home with family and friends. I could not have had a better experience! Everything you imagine you need for the beach is there (towels, chairs, boogie boards, games, sand toys for the littles). There is space for privacy (if needed) and amazing entertaining areas to gather/eat as a group. I think I used the inside shower twice - there is nothing like being outside! THANK YOU for a wonderful experience. I would go back in heartbeat!

This is a beautiful house in the perfect location. Suitable for a family and a dog, and a few friends (when not in COVID times!). Close to the beach, walkable to town, it was a wonderful place to be with our kids over the holidays. Hot tub, ping pong are also available for at-home fun. We loved the house, how well laid-out and appointed it is, and how conducive to relaxation. Very homey and livable, very well-maintained.

We loved this home! It's a gorgeous property with great amenities and super close to the beach. We were impressed with how outfitted it was—lots of pots and pans and utensils, dish towels, beach towels, beach toys, even warm jackets and rain jackets if we'd needed them! Also loved the two outdoor showers and the gas grill and outdoor seating. Plenty of indoor seating too, and everything very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Steps from the beach and downtown Stinson, we had a wonderful stay. The property and outdoor showers are awesome. Clean, comfortable shared space, nice amenities. The layout is a bit unusual and the house is missing some curtains on the windows for any light sleepers in the mix. Otherwise, thoroughly recommend.

The property was fine. It was a great location and had a nice outdoor area. Former guests had left a terrible mess which the property managers had to contend with. They did a good job in cleaning up!

This beautiful house sits just steps away from the beach! I stayed here with friends in the winter and had an amazing time despite the rain storms. The house is fully equipped with anything you could need for a relaxing and fun weekend.
