With a large window looking onto the “Las Cucharas” beach, located in the best residential resort of Costa Teguise. This fully renovated apartment (76 squared meters) has a living and dining room, allowing you to admire unbeatable views of the sea and the pool from the couch. You will feel the sea in your home without even stepping outside! This apartment is located in the best residential resort of Costa Teguise. The garden inside this exclusive resort revolves around a paradisiac pool (open all year), whose blue colour contrasts with the spotless white roads surrounded by cactus and bougainvillea. The complex gives off a peaceful and calm atmosphere necessary for a relaxed stay. This apartment is located just 20 metres from the “Las Cucharas” beach which you can access without having to cross any road. The “Las Cucharas” beach with its golden sand is ideal for relaxation or for partaking in water sports (diving, surfing, windsurfing, SUP, etc.). “Las Cucharas” beach offers a wide range of services (supermarket, pharmacy, health care centre, water sports schools, bus stop, taxis, car rental, restaurants, local street markets, clothing stores, etc.). No car is required. Wifi, baby cot and safety box are available without charge. Extra services that may be availed of are: daily or weekly cleaning, etc. We can also attend to other customer requests (island trips, personal guide, restaurant table booking, etc.) depending on availability subject to advance notice. THE NEIGHBOURHOOD “Las Cucharas” beach is only 20 meters away. While the neighbourhood is a quiet residential area, it also has a wide range of services (supermarket, pharmacy, health care centre, water sports schools, bus stop, taxis, car rental, restaurants, local street markets, clothing stores, etc.). No car is required. The nearby seaside village was designed by César Manrique and completes the leisure offer with outdoor restaurants. How to get around You don’t need a car since all the services are a stone’s throw away. There is a bus stop and taxis practically at your doorstep. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The living and dining room, with a 2-person sofa bed, has a large window with stunning views of the pool and the sea. The main bedroom with two beds, gives access to the terrace overlooking the sea and the pool. It is equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs to relax enjoying a meal or for reading outside. The fully renovated bathroom has a shower and a toilet separate from the basin.

Fantastic Apartment
A bit of confusion when we arrived telephone number not very clear. Lovely and clean great views Paula was great all info we needed about apartment and resort. Loved the balcony and sun awning. Weather at night was a bit chilly so a few more English channels on TV would be great I know you do not go on holiday to watch TV but option in early season would be good. Dennis

Excellent in every way
My wife and I stayed at The Shell House apartment 18-25th March 2019, this was our 4th visit to Costa Teguise and this was by far the best accommodation we have had. We really couldn't fault anything about the apartment or the holiday. The whole complex is very clean and stylish.
The first floor apartment is just as described, very well equipped, maintained and in a superb location. The very helpful Paola met us as we arrived and came back to collect the keys as we left.
Within 2 minutes of the front door there are restaurants, cafes, a supermarket and a few shops. If you have a hire car as we did (not essential though) there are 2 large car parks right outside.
We spent most days relaxing by the fantastic Manrique styled pool, the pool and the cactus filled gardens are cleaned daily, there are 4 semi-circular sheltered bays housing sunbeds and parasols which were not always fully occupied while we were there.
We were amazed at how quiet it was by the pool, although so close to the lively bars and restaurants we didn't hear a sound by day or night. We ate out every night visiting restaurants nearby and in the main village square - 10 mins walk at most, calling in at the local cocktail bar 'Number 1" on the way back for a nightcap.
We would love to return here in the future, we had a great holiday.

Lovely apartment in great location
My husband and I have just returned from a week at the Shell House. The property is in a great location, as it says, by the sea with fabulous views from the lounge and balcony. The apartment has every comfort and the owner has obviously put a lot of effort into making this place a bit special. Thanks to Paola who was on hand to deal with check in and check out and anything in between if we needed anything.
Teresa, the owner, responded to any queries we had prior to our trip, promptly making the whole process easy.

Fabulous apartment, ideally located
We were met on arrival by Paula, who gave us a tour of the apartment and told us if there was anything we needed, to contact her any time. She was a lovely girl. The apartment was clean, well equipped and perfectly situated just a few metres from the beach and only 5 mins walk to the centre of the town. The dvd player was a bonus as there are very few English channels on the tv. I would definitely recommend this apartment and the added bonus was unbroken sunshine for 3 weeks!! Fabulous! Will be back again.

Great apartment in excellent location.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Shell House from 12th to 19th September. It's very comfortable and is equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The location is really good with a lovely sea view. Paola was very helpful and responded immediately to any queries. We have been to Costa Teguise several times and this is definitely the best accommodation we have stayed in. We hope to stay here again next year.

Great holiday
We've stayed at lots of private apartments in Lanzarote over the last 10 years, but this one is easily the best we've stayed at, great location, very clean & the owner is great to deal with, I would definately recommend to family & friends, a special mention to Paola who looks after the apartment for the owner, she lives close by and is really friendly and will help you with any problems or questions that you may have, looking forward to our next trip to shell house.

Stunning views
This flat turned out to be a fantastic find as it was in an excellent location near to all the great restraunts and with plenty of shops for daily provisions.
The complex itself was very secure with a digital or key entry.
The pool area was spotless and there was always beds to lie on.
The flat was also spotless and had a great massive window in the living room looking out to the pool and over the palm trees to the sea,this view could also be accessed via the large balcony with doors from the balcony into either the living room or bedroom .
As well as the flat being in a prime location ,this was topped off by an excellent host Paola.
She lives near the flat so any problems if any occur are dealt with very quickly and she is always available for any information required via phone.
She made us feel welcome from the start and on our departure was on time to see us off and even gave us a late checkout,but obviously this is only available pending what time other guests are arriving.
A fabulous flat and a fabulous host.
It has to be said that all correspondence from the owner was quick and any transactions made flawless.
If we return to Lanzarote it will be to the shell house apartment without a doubt.

We have just returned from our stay in Costa Teguise at the shell house, what a fantastic apartment, spacious very well equipped and the view was amazing. Everything was just as we wanted to have a relaxing holiday, thank you to Teresa for info and Paola who was so nice when we met her at check in. Will be back in September

Its all been said before, cracking apartment great location/sea view, good quality fittings and fixtures, clean , comfy bed. The lady in resort brilliant. Plenty public parking right outside. No news channels on TV and little else maybe two English at most not a problem for us, but good wi-fi to keep us up to date. Would recommend highly
