Great location, friendly attentive staff, excellent room with good quality entertainment.
Food in the buffet could have been better given the cost of the stay but the snack bars provide a good selection to ensure you are well fed.

Lot’s of old people not really a younger audience but that’s probably normal in this place.

This is a well situated hotel with some helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is termed a luxury hotel which it certainly isn’t. If you upgrade to Reserva the pool areas and recreational areas are much better. We upgraded for an extra 250 euros a night - it would have been 500- so very expensive.
The restaurants offered diverse cuisine but generally the menus were not very inspiring. Basically don’t be persuaded that all inclusive is a better deal- it really isn’t.
