Excellent location, all staff were very helpful and friendly & funny and entertaining, the downsides were the rooms could do with a little attention although we’re always clean they need updating but the beds were comfy, air conditioning wasn’t adequate for the warm days we had, the food was average abut the chefs making omelettes were my highlight

Enjoyed our time in Lanzarote. Hotel was adequate. Breakfast needs an upgrade, foods used not of high quality. Glad we weren’t all inclusive. Could do with a bigger waste bin in the room. Balcony furniture needs to be more comfortable. Staff friendly and hotel ideally situated for beach and bars.

The hotel does seem to be attempting to make improvements with new sun beds and mattresses being replaced during our stay but it is not where it should be! The location is fantastic but the hotel is let down by rude and inattentive staff and always cold food!

Overall the hotel was fine for a short 4 day/5 night stay where we spent much of our time away from the hotel. Staff pleasant and helpful. Happy with standard of room and facilities. Would have given a higher rating except for location of our room. As independent travellers felt we were shoved off to a room at back (actually beside front entrance of hotel) where our views were of a turning circle for cars, taxi’s and buses, a car parking area and directly over the Hotel Bar - can confidently say the Karaoke Experiences which we had to listen to was not fun! Not that we could have done any better! If our stay had been for longer period of time where we may have wanted to make more use of our room and balcony area etc we’d have made more of an issue with the hotel. We could have upgraded for a SIGNIFICANT additional cost per night to a room with a sea view but apparently all the other rooms at same cost as our SUPERIOR Room that looked into heart of the hotel and which enjoyed longer periods of sun etc were ‘reserved’ for those on packages! In short, when booking in at reception BEWARE BLOCK SIX!! - you might end up at the wrong end which definitely will impact negatively on your ‘Experience’.

The staff was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food was a very good sum of the dishes were not as hot as they should be but overall very good. The complex was clean and tidy and the service in the restaurants was exceptional. We will be back.

Not enough facilities when self catering . Definatley not worth £523 pounds for a room for the week very poor and needs upgrading . Breakfast was very nit and miss no consistency. Would not stay here again . I

Hotel was spotless staff constantly cleaning and even spraying the sunbeds with disenfectant. From the minute we walked in they was so friendly can't do enough for you. We booked a sea view room and wow what a view I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Absolutely great hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. The only negative would be abit of updating and painting is needed especially on th balconies.. other than that had a fab and relaxing holiday at the hotel!

Great location, great facilities on site, lovely helpful staff. Food was good but not wonderful, best meal of the stay was in their Italian restaurant, would be great if the same quality was in the buffet

I loved the location, sea view which we paid for, selection of food and the bar area. I didn’t like the fact that the cleaning women for our room never gave us soap or shampoo when it was gone I had to ask for soap which I thought in a four star hotel they would automatically be replaced. I also didn’t like two bar men in the bar at night time the rest were really really nice. One man just wouldn’t serve me on three occasions he left me stand at the bar and another older bar man gave out to us on our last night just before 12 o’clock as we ordered an extra drink to bring up to the room even though we were all inclusive he told us we had too many in front of us. We had 2.5 each which was 5. He was very snotty to us, we could have drank there all night if we wanted but we went out nearly every night and then back to our bar and we liked to have another drink to bring up to our room as we had a fabulous view

Room and position were perfect. Food quality could be improved and croissant added to the breakfast. Staff very kind and available.

The resort it self was nice, clean, quiet, nice pool area and tanning deck but the beds are pretty hard. The food was ok but pretty bland and the same options everyday. Would’ve rather stayed at non all inclusive and tried more restaurants around the area. The Mediterranean dinner night was deivine tho!

I enjoyed my stay, especially the ocean view room I had. Food was very very good. Excellent service in restaurant, not so good in the bar. Weights in exercise room were minimal. But overall it was a pleasant well run place/hotel.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. I returned because of the easy layout, room comfort, proximity to a lovely beach, and variety on the buffet. Second time around, they didn't disappoint. If you want a quiet, relaxing vacation in Lanzarote, Be Live Lanzarote Beach is the way to go.

The hotel was superb and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The AI. Food was good and the choice was varied. Whilst there were choices available to vegetarians they became repetitive as the week went onThe rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. Only twin beds available but the hotel joined these together to make a double so no real issue. The views are of either the pool or the sea both very nice views. The pool is freezing as it is not heated, only a few hardy souls braved the icy plungeThe local area of teguise is lovey and Has lots of bars and restaurants, all of which are very cheap but great quality...it is a lot more laid back and relaxing than Puerto del Carmen. Free wifi in hotel is slow and only suitable for browsing and social media, not fast enough for streaming. Hotel next to beautiful beach, which can be accessed by a back door leading to beach and bars at back of hotel. All in all a great hotel and one Id definitely revisit again

The hotel is so modern the furniture is very uncomfortable. The chairs in every area are hard plastic an so uncomfortable . The sitting area at pool is non existent as only tables an chairs are all in pool bar which again is poorly fitted out with no comfort at all . The dining room is really smelly an the chefs are so ignorant , food is not presented appropriately an is tasteless . The rooms are nice enough but lackin finishing touches such as no mirror at dressing table , no power points in kitchen area . Entertainment at night is diabolical , so were the theme nights in pool bar as food was awful on the Mexican and Spanish nights. The cleaning and reception staff were brilliant .

The hotel wasn't that bad when i think about it, but we did have ants everywhere, and we were lucky to not have any cockroaches. The TV was also bust and kept switching itself off. The beds were pretty uncomfortable, I could feel all of the springs in my bed, and i mean all of them, my girlfriends was a little bit better, but not much. The entertainment was pretty good, and the guys tried very hard to get everyone involved, but giving certificates out to adults is a bit odd.

As my first holiday abroad I didn't know what to expect at all really, but it was amazing and the hotel and its surroundings were beautiful and felt safe at all times. The reception staff and bar staff were friendly and helpful and I was extremely upset to leave. If I was to go back to Lanzarote, which I very much plan to do after experiencing other destinations, that will be where I go and where I stay, no doubt about it. I really recommend.

Having been to the resort 3 times this was the best location and accomdation. The sea views are amazing. Easy reach of every thing you could ask for in the resort. Just fell short on the last day with a late flight.

booked this hotel the day before we went, and was very surprised by its location (stone throw away from beach and shop bars etc...) very clean and rather quiet?

The hotel was good really liked the balcony we had a lovely view of the pool but the only problem was the people who worked at the hotel. They were very rude and didnt understand what a queue was. They were not very helpful either.

Typical Spanish style hotel, clean and tidy; with no frills. Happy enough to make a return visit, so it must have been OK!

For a cheap and cheerful hotel, Hotetur Puerto Tahiche was good value for money. It was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly and the location (next to the beach) was perfect. Costa Teguise is a family friendly easy place to holiday. If you are looking for some Spanish culture I suggest you try elsewhere. Having said that we were after sun, sand, sea and cocktails, so we had an excellent holiday.

The hotel had all the modern amenities required for a holiday. The main problem was that the rooms were getting old and were in need of repairing and redecorating. At first sight these things were unnoticed, however when we went into cupboards etc the wood was starting to rot at the bottom, and the electrics looked like they could do with been redone (the sockets were very loose in the wall). We did not encounter it but if you were not careful and it was in the summer months ants could be a problem - we discovered this by finding ant powder in the kitchen. Overall it was a good stay, but then again we did not spend all of the holiday in the hotel.
