Very helpful staff and great location if you like a suntrap for your room using the sunbed provided in there.
Evening meal cold but there is a microwave so some comfort if you require hot food.

The location of the property was ideal very central to restaurants and shops. The beach is a short walk away and there is a bus stop outside the property. The appartments were spotless and equipped with everything you could require hairdryer, iron, soap, washing machine, a safe extra blankets etc. I loved the little extras in our appartment, a complementary bottle of wine, use of a beach towel and sun hat. The breakfast was delicious and a great variety of food available. The pool area again was spotlessly clean. For me the exceptional friendliness of the staff stood out. Everyone I met on reception were so helpful and nice as well all the other staff I incountered.
The bus service for bus No 3 and 25 was slow but this is outside the properties control.

We have stayed at the accommodation 3 times previously. The apartments have been modernised to a good standard. They are perfectly located and offer a quiet relaxing holiday. The maid service is excellent and the apartments are spacious. The bathroom facilities are also very good. The free safe in the room was also a very good touch.
The window closure mechanism was broken on both the bedroom and bathroom windows. As a result they would not close correctly. This was not only a security issue but also allowed the local critters to enter, which they duly did on a regular basis. This was an inconvenience which was not too bad but the main issue was the lack of segregation from the smokers. We asked for a non smoking room, which apparently ours was. However, half way through our stay the room next door was occupied by a couple who smoked on the balcony. This smoke blew onto our balcony and into our room, which meant every time they smoked (around half an hour intervals) we had to go back into our room and shut the door. When we discussed this with reception we were advised that whilst the rooms were non-smoking, this did not apply to the balconies. Unfortunately due to this we will not be returning to this complex again.
