Lovely apartment, excellent staff!

Very friendly staff, especially the 2 receptionists, they were both lovely and always super-helpful! Nice, clean apartment with a communal pool. Comfy bed, amazing shower.

Breakfast was very good, with plenty of options, especially the savoury ones. However, dinner wasn't as great in terms of quality. We wouldn't book it next time.

i wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these apartments and would certainly go again

it was a good size ,great balcony with sun bed ,spotlessly clean lots of little extra touches like the complementary bottle of wine in the room ,dishwasher tablets,soap powder, soap and shower gel in the bathroom we’ve been to lots of apartments where there’s nothing in them ,the breakfast was fantastic

only one very small point we were half board the food was lovely but sometimes only lukewarm

Pleasant stay

The apartment complex is lovely. The whole complex is very clean and tidy. Beautiful apartment with every thing in the apartment spotless. The bed and pillows are wonderful.

The only one thing was the evening dining, although the food is fine and very well presented, it is quite a small room with just one man working very hard, but rather a lot for him to do alone. if we returned would only be on and b and b basis.

Great location and with a few issues sorted it would be 5 stars

Had room 101which was on the 1t floor and was just as in the photos on the site. Great to have a washing machine in the apartment, the king size bed was very comfy, lots of hangers in the wardrobe, free safe, free wi-fi, washing up liquid etc provided along with as bottle of wine in the room on arrival. Unfortunately we don't li ke red wine but it was a nice touch. The bus stop was within a couple of minutes walk from the apartments along with a supermarket just outside there apartments entrance. In an ideal location for bars, restaurants and not far to the beaches.

The door to our apartment jammed a little so we always had to forcefully slam it closed. We heard other doors being closed in the same manner. Whether this was anything to do with the issues we had .. but we returned one day after being out all day to find the apartment door open which I reported to reception & they said would check who cleaned our room that day & have a word with them. The following day we saw the cleaner who apologised & I thought that was the end of it. However 2 days later we returned & the door open again so this was also reported to reception. At this point, I was concerned about safety & that someone could access our apartment/safe. Twice was bad enough but it then happened a third time! I know for a fact we had fully closed the door on 2 of the days & the other time the cleaner had been let into our room by us just as we were about to go out. After the 3rd time, we were woken up during the night by the door rattling so badly that we resorted to shoving spoon handles into the gaps running down the side of the door. On closer inspection the following morning, it appeared that someone had been & shaved a bit off the door. The cleaning was a bit hit and miss - sometimes it was cleaned thoroughly, other times just the bed was made & toilet rolls replaced. The bathroom floor hadn't see a mop in a long time as the floor tiles were very grubby except for the tiles around the very edges of the floor where no-one would have walked. Also, when we arrived there was a pile of dirty mess which had been swept into the corner of the balcony which was still there the day we checked out. Despite making sure that what little food we had was either stored in the fridge or in sealed bags on the work top, every single morning there were lots of ants on the kitchen worktop coming from under the edges of the sink and hob. Ants also appeared in the bathroom from time to time.

Very good

We went for super king bed and it was very comfortable no complaints. It was chilly in the evenings but we soon warmed up and used heating in the apartment. Great to have washing machine but do take washing capsules.

Minor issue only 2 small sachets of shower gel & these were not replaced when used. I expect if I had gone to reception I could have requested more. Dishwasher tablets were filled up daily.

Apartment was very modern and exceptionally clean. Bed was very comfy and pillows. Great shower. Lovely balcony. Air con unit was fantastic as could be used as heater in the evenings. 2 heated pools. Great location. Staff very friendly

Breakfast wasn't great short staffed snotty eggs but chaotic. Food not hot.

The apartment was very modern comfortable and spotless. Great bathroom, lovely balcony. We were half board and the food was excellent and extremely good value.

Quite close to late night bars and woken by early morning glass/ refuse collection. Thats just how it is though in a holiday resort

Perfect location , perfect apartment.

Central location. Facilities excellent. Washing machine and dishwasher with the powder and tablets provided. Pool towels provided. Cleaners attended daily, changed towels also. Spotlessly clean , excellent refurbishment. Staff at reception, so friendly and helpful. No faults.

All good except the windo security and the smokers on the balcony in the neighbouring rooms.

We have stayed at the accommodation 3 times previously. The apartments have been modernised to a good standard. They are perfectly located and offer a quiet relaxing holiday. The maid service is excellent and the apartments are spacious. The bathroom facilities are also very good. The free safe in the room was also a very good touch.

The window closure mechanism was broken on both the bedroom and bathroom windows. As a result they would not close correctly. This was not only a security issue but also allowed the local critters to enter, which they duly did on a regular basis. This was an inconvenience which was not too bad but the main issue was the lack of segregation from the smokers. We asked for a non smoking room, which apparently ours was. However, half way through our stay the room next door was occupied by a couple who smoked on the balcony. This smoke blew onto our balcony and into our room, which meant every time they smoked (around half an hour intervals) we had to go back into our room and shut the door. When we discussed this with reception we were advised that whilst the rooms were non-smoking, this did not apply to the balconies. Unfortunately due to this we will not be returning to this complex again.

The apartment overlooked a nice pool area with a good balcony. the apartment was well equipped and furnished to a high standard. The huge bed was super comfortable. the Bathroom was good and everything was very clean and new. The location in Costa Teguise is perfect.

Exceptional apartment, ideally situated, exceeded our expectations.

Excellent location, within minutes of shops, bars, beach and restaurants. Apartments are modern, well equipped, spacious and exceeded our expectations. Staff are welcoming and friendly. House keeping staff are fantastic. We we’re so pleased with this accommodation, that we extended for a further week. We’d have no hesitation in returning.

Great location nice holiday

The apartment was very clean comfy and freshly renovated, great view and location and quiet after the cleaners had been and people had left apartments to go to pools, staff very friendly, cleaners come in every day, printed my passenger location forms off, washing machine was a major bonus, lots of english Tv channels, swimming pools were very clean and tidy, also heated,so nice in November,

The noise from selfish people in surrounding apartments scraping chairs across the floors and hard soled shoes clomping round early woke me most mornings about 8 oclock, also the hand driers in the toilets downstairs sounded like jet engines from my apartment , i also dont understand why the cleaners came in every day, its a great touch but not needed unless they are going to mop floors, but all they do is a bit of brushing and change towels, it would be far nicer to be able to wander somewhere on site and change the towels urself and free the cleaners up doing unnecessary jobs
