This was my 2 year old grandson’s first holiday abroad and this family orientated hotel was well suited to families with

Very attentive staff, nice suite, decent entertainment for kids and adults

The buffet style meals in the main dining room weren’t of the best quality especially the hot food. The food in the poolside restaurant was especially poor.

Satisfied the stay. Nice little getaway.

My family enjoyed the pool, football pitch, and meals/buffet. Also, convenience of beach, shops and cafes. Staff was helpful and friendly; arranged tour which picked up directly in front of hotel.

Lack of hygiene of fellow guests, especially young children, serving themselves at the buffet.

Great ease of access for 80+ Yr old on ground floor. Reception staff particularly helpful.

Being alone l found the staff cleared away my breakfast, even on one occasion removed my jacket from back of chair! whilst l collected a fresh coffee, this happened on 3 different days!!!

Lovely complex but not for a romantic getaway

lovely complex, we had stunning sea and pool views however rooms are dated and need update amazing breakfast and dinner but not the arrangement of the tables, it was very noisy and busy all the time

unfortunatly it wasnt a place for us; i read its family friendly and not adults only however i was not expecting to be put in kindergarten and this place is very kids focused and it feels like you are working at school; i went with my bf for his 40s bday to celebrate it in a romantic way; the place is lovely, pool area, views form the room etc; we got half board and food was fab however the restaurant area was super noisy and not well planned, you have kids, babies everyhwere and it was not giving us any restful vibe. the restaurant has 3 areas and we believe they could plan it better so one room is for example adults only so we dont need to seat next to a grumpy child or babies that just got sick which happened next table and it really ruined the dinner aftosphere. for beakfast i wouldnt mind so much but for dinner when you want to have a romantic meal it was really impossible there; we dont find this place good for a romantic getaway for couple but for sure its amaizng for families with kids; we also think rooms are very dated, bathroom didnt have any window and not either any air circulation, was really stuffy there

Very kid friendly place for a holiday.

The room, very clean and comfortable. The entertainment was amazing. The pool bar food and staff was great.

All inclusive food, most of the food was overcooked and not much variety for children, especially at Christmas gala dinner, which we were very disappointed with.

Costa Teguise in a storm

Location, pool area and pool are lovely, loads of sunbeds. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of space indoors, plenty of choice of food for breakfast and lunch. Would def stay again.

The wellness Centre was closed during our stay. Only reason this would have been an issue was the rain. Also no view from our room.

It was a lovely place to have had our first holiday with the baby

Food was excellent, different cuisines every night. The place just across the shops and the beach

wish there was a lift or a bellboy as we had to carry the pram and our heavy luggages up the 3rd floor.

Good for kids but could be better. Nice beach not too far.

Fun pool area for kids and play park. Room was well maintained and beds comfortable.

The pool temperature of the main pool was about 26 or 27 degrees which felt cold with the wind chill. I got food poisoning on the last meal and was really sick. The front desk were dismissive and unsympathetic.

Great staff, very helpful and extremly polite. Lot of variaty of food, very tasty. Room was clean, very spacious, nice view from the room - directly at the pool. Small kitchen with microwave, plates, catlery. Balcony with laundry dryer, we just brought our laundry pins.

It was bit crowded, lot of guests. Sometimes it was hard to find 2 sunbeds with umbrella. And if you go in peak hours for dinner (19-20h), you would have to queue

Fabulous

The staff are excellent. The food was also excellent. I’ve been to H10 in Salou previously, this time in Lanzarote was all inclusive and I would highly recommend it. A really good destination for families!

A fantastic hotel with great food and drinks and brilliant poolside area especially for families.

beautifully clean, great facilities and the staff were very friendly and exceedingly helpful.

Only small issue is the sound proofing of the rooms. The noise carries…..

Great for family holiday

The staff are amazing, from check in to checking out everyone we came across were really friendly. The kids clubs are great and offer lots of variety each day. there were initially some issues with people holding sun beds but the hotel acted quickly and rectified this.

made good memories but would not stay again

the staff were all very friendly. my son (2) loved the baby pool and the pool with the slides. unfortunately the pool with the slides was far too cold for him to go past his ankles. he did play on the side of the pool content and did enjoy it. kids club was excellent. room was very dated, far too dated for the price. Was kept very clean by cleaners. we had booked half board but the food was so bad we only are breakfast or got my son fruit from the lunch buffet. the paid bar food was equally as bad. we would have very high standards for food and unfortunately the food was in edible for me. overall my son had a great time for a 2 year old and we did making memories but it was an awful shame about the food and dated room. its very inconvenient to have to leave the hotel constantly to eat with a 2 year old. hotel needs a good facelift.

Nice family Hotel

-The location is excellent, Coatsa Teguise is a perfect spot with nice beaches and facilities/restaurants all in walking distance. Free car park Infront of the hotel. -Staff are very helpful and cheerful. -Rooms are good size -Food (particularly lunch and dinner) were great, huge variety. - Hotel mainly focused on families, which worked out well for us, but might not attract couples.

-The adult poot was heated to 27 degrees, but kids pool with slides was always 19 degrees, this was too cold for the kids, the kids pool was left abandoned during the duration of our trip (late March) -Breakfast menus can be improved. -kids club closed on weekends. -no kids activities on Sundays -the family suites are not the best, wish we had booked a bungalow instead.

Beautifully maintained gardens. friendly, helpful staff.

Too many children! But that was my fault mmmm not doing enough research before booking. This hotel is superb for families with young children, not so much for couples and solo travellers.

Food was excellent, plenty of variety. Good Location near the beach, restaurants, shops and bars, bus stop right outside the hotel. The staff were very polite and helpful.
