Whether you're exploring the city's attractions, embarking on outdoor adventures, or seeking a peaceful retreat, this guest suite is the ideal base for all your Colorado excursions. The private guest suite is located in the walkout basement of the host's home, you'll have the privacy you desire while assistance is a call away. Our property prohibits marijuana use The Space: Placed in a quiet neighborhood, this suite offers the perfect relaxing environment. - Amazing sunset views from the back patio - Summer garden to pick from when in season - Quiet neighborhood - Private entry with a secure keypad - Views of a beautiful wildlife preserve area - Walking path - Natural lighting in the suite - Full functioning kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, sink, and refrigerator) - Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, cookware, spices and coffee - Coffee maker - Toaster - 55" flat screen tv - DirecTv and Roku - HDMI cable provided - Xfinity high speed internet - Comfortable queen bed in the bedroom - Large closet with hangers and drawers - Queen size sofa sleeper - Linens provided - Laundry with washer/dryer (shared) - Laundry supplies provided - Iron and Ironing board - Beautiful clean bathroom with glass shower - Several restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations nearby - Outside Southlands Mall with many shops within a 5 minute drive - Footsteps and noise may be heard from above. It is my wife and my home Guest Access: Parking is available directly in front of our home on the left side of driveway. Private entrance to the suite is on the right side of the home through the gate. There are steps leading to the private entrance. A secure keypad is located on the door. This is a private suite attached to the home. The only shared spaces with the host are the laundry room and back patio/yard. The Neighborhood: Just a short walk to the end of the street provides you with a park, stunning wildlife conservation area, and beautiful biking/walking paths. Getting Around: - RTD light rail station is 6 miles away. This connects Centennial to downtown Denver, the airport, and other common destinations. - Denver International Airport is an easy 25 minute drive. - Downtown Denver is a 25 minute drive with clear traffic. - Mile High Stadium, Coors Field and Ballerina Arena is a 25 minute drive with clear traffic. - Colorado ski resorts are between 1 hour and 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on the resort destination. Arapahoe Basin and Keystone are the closest. - Many hiking paths within a 30 minute drive. Many dining options, grocery stores, gas stations, fast food, and an outdoor mall within a 10 minute drive. Parking is available directly in front of the home on left side of driveway. Private entrance to the suite is on the right side of the home through the gate. There are steps leading to the private entrance. A secure keypad is located on the door. Other Things to Note: **Due to this being our home and having shared spaces, we have allergies that prevent us from allowing any animals.** Separate entrance available via walkway and stairs. This property and walkway may not be ADA compliant. Footsteps or noise may be heard from above. Check-in at 4 p.m. Check-out at 10 a.m. Laundry is available with a 24 hour notice. Detergent ect. is provided. Interaction with Guests: The suite is your own space no interaction unless you need us. However, we may see each other in the spacious back yard and will say hello. We live on the upper level in the home and mostly stay to ourselves. You will self check in. Laundry is a shared space and available upon request with 1 day notice.

We could not have asked for a better experience regarding our housing needs.
Barry was welcoming and asked mid-trip how we were doing, if we needed anything.
The home was clean and stocked with essentials such as shampoo/conditioner, coffee, salt/pepper/spices, etc. Although available to us, we didn't need to use any of these.
Towels and wash cloths were clean as was bedding and furniture.
We felt very at home and would definitely look to rent again when traveling to Denver.

It was exactly what I needed; close to my family and all the amenities I needed! And honestly, bigger than my first apartment. Tastefully decorated, all the comforts of home, excellent bed (slept great!) and darling living room and kitchen. My only challenge was the very small shower - couldn't really get everything done I needed to - hard to figure out how to shave :) They are wonderful hosts and I felt completely safe...I'll be making more reservations with them when I come out to see my family again. So, so NICE!!!

It's as coxy as any other ones I've encountered. The decor was magnificent, down to the kitchen was impeccably clean and tidy. I would recommend highly on summer days! Love it

We arrived to the property after dark. There are steps to access the unit. They are only lit w solar lights. Dangerous! The carpet is supposed to be off-white. It is filthy! The refrigerator was dirty. There is an egress window near the bathroom, with boards & bricks over the top. Anyone could see right in as you are in the bathroom. Floor boards in the kitchen were filthy with food & grime. The bed is extremely hard. The pillows are only sample pillows from a bed store. They are stuffed with dense fiberfill. The extra blanket in the closet was dirty, had white yuck on it. The chair in the living room was broken and the sofa is very worn and uncomfortable. This unit is located in the basement of the host home. Heavy footsteps started at 430 am. You can hear every conversation, cough, nose blow, shower, toilet, TV, and electronic devices. The floors boards Creek loud! In effort to address the problems, I contacted the host via email the next morning via email. He was prompt in returning my email, and asked if he could come to talk to us. He arrived at our door, and when we open the door, he invited himself in and sat down. He proceeded to tell us how he was a super host, and has never had any issues in the past. When we began to talk about the list of issues, he could not deny the fact that the carpet was dirty, he only kept saying it was vacuumed. He was receptive to putting a curtain on the window which was not covered, but did not agree to take the boards or the bricks off the top for safe exiting in case of an emergency. He told me the bathroom was as clean as it could get, he told me he cleans with bleach and water. I pointed out the baseboards in the kitchen, and he could not deny they were dirty, he helped himself to the refrigerator to see the dirty ick. He then came up with excuses saying that he has used the same company for cleaning for years and has had no problems , however, he could see the issues we were addressing. When we talked about the blanket being filthy, he said he folded it up himself and put it away. He said he does not wash it in between his guests. Disgusting! Ultimately we asked for the ability to exit the property and be refunded. He refused. It was not until we began to identify code violations, such as a nonworking smoke detector, no carbon monoxide detector he let us leave & issued a refund. Very arrogant man! VRBO clearly hasn’t inspected this property recently.

There is a large comfortable bed in the bed room, and had all we needed in the living/dining area. We were there about 3 weeks, and ate breakfast every day, and lunch occasionally. It would be an efficient place for someone who needs a place in Centennial.

I needed a quick solution as my accommodations for a convention fell through. Registration was easy. Communication was on point. The house was clean, comfortable and in the perfect location. A little noisy up stairs but not the end of the world. Great books on the shelf, beautiful view in the backyard, super comfortable. I will stay again.

Vrbo part of house is connected to main living Quarters so yo get to smell every meal they are cooking and the downstairs temperature is too cold for comfort as hosts controls upstairs for their comfort .told us to turn on heater to combat a/c

This was a nice quiet apartment, perfect for the two of us, with everything we needed for our stay. Apartment was spacious and spotless. Host was very accommodating to the many questions I had prior to booking. The patio was a nice place to relax in the evening. It was great having access to a washer/dryer for the 9 day stay. Bonus - public pool close by.
