With that in mind, we have designed “Better Together” to be the perfect spot for gatherings. The spacious open-concept floor plan makes it comfortable for everyone to be together. The large dining room seats 10 for a relaxing dinner or playing board games. The family room has a beautiful fireplace, a 65” smart TV, a Blu-ray player, and ample seating for everyone. There is a desk for writing postcards. Two Sonos speakers are available to play your favorite music. The furnishings are family-friendly and comfortable. The light-filled house has a modern farmhouse style. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing memorable dinners. The bunk room is great for kids with an Xbox and smart TV and a trundle for storage. The bright guest bedrooms are designed with comfort and style in mind. The master bedroom features a smart TV and seating. The closets have custom shelving to maximize storage space. Full-sized stacking washer and dryer are located in the upstairs hall closet. The wrap-around porch features rocking chairs - perfect for morning coffee or sipping wine. The outdoor table located on the porch seats 10. The western-facing patio features a hot tub for 5, a great fire pit with Adirondack chairs, and a Weber grill for barbequing. Both the patio and front porch are illuminated by string lights providing a cozy atmosphere in the evening. Enjoy one of the several board games or books available in the home. Play beanbag toss, spike ball, badminton or just chill by the pool. Better Together has parking for 3 cars and an EV charger Invite your friends and family and we know your stay will be Better Together! Dogs are allowed at Better Together. Maximum of 2 dogs, crate sleeper, potty trained. No puppies, please. The Lookout community is growing and there may be construction activity during your stay. The property was amazing; it was fully stocked with more than we could imagine it would be. We brought lots of items that were already available in the pantry (like spices, flour, coffee and filters) and there even was a coffee grinder, a crock pot and a Dutch oven! We were thoroughly impressed with the condition of the home and the furnishings. We also loved the community and the children we had with us loved the playground areas! We will probably make this an annual family trip! It was a true vacation and super comfortable.

We loved our stay at the property. The only issue we had was finding mold in the pantry. Once it was discovered we had to store all of our goods in another place. We also wiped down our stuff and some of the appliances we used not knowing how safe they were. It was also hard getting someone to bring extra trash bags for our trash.

Better Together is a well cared for, beautiful, well-equipped home. It has a small back patio with a hot tub (cleaned daily), fire pit and grill. The front porch has a large table for outdoor dining & a built-in baby gate to contain children and dogs. Beds in the home were very comfortable and the bedding was clean and new. The products in each bathroom were a nice touch. Care had been taken to ensure there was just the right amount of dishwasher pods, garbage sacks, laundry detergent, etc. for the number of days we were staying. Our children loved the bunk room upstairs with bunks, trundle bed, toys and video game console with games.Other nice touches were the custom closets and built in device chargers throughout the house with 3 sizes of chargers. At night the neighborhood is lit up in a magical way.There is a series of lawns outside the front door which led down to the Vineyard Pool. A short walk up the hill across the alley is the Hilltop Pool.Our children loved spending time each day in the Vineyard pool. Hilltop park has a nice play structure for younger kids and scooter-friendly sidewalks. The house is a 5 minute drive from downtown Chelan where there are 2 grocery stores, restaurants, ice cream, a tiny movie theater and bowling alley. The only thing negative is the inconvenience of the Lookout's lake access area. The walk to the "beach" is SO STEEP. Elderly, young or unfit people would have a hard time in the Chelan heat getting down to the water & driving is not possible. Realize that the property runs golf cart shuttles up and down the hill in the summer but it was difficult to understand why the developers chose to build such a beautiful lakeside village where there is no easy access to the water. Finally, visitors should be aware that many amenities at the Lookout and in Chelan do not open until Memorial Day. The lake water level is extremely low before the mountain snow melts in summer & there are no boat rental

As usual we had a great week in Chelan. Most every year we choose a new home. Better Together met our needs perfectly. Some things could use a little TLC but not sufficiently to detract from our stay. Some of the bathroom cabinets needed a clean before we used them, vents needed dusting. Overall I don't think the property was being given enough cleaning time. An issue with the oven was promptly and appropriately dealt with by management. We have stayed on the Vineyard Park four times now - it is perfect for children as it gives lot of space to play frisbee, cornhole, soccer, badminton in the evenings.

We were looking for a quiet family getaway in October and Chelan seemed to fit all of our requirements. Better Together fit our family of five (2 adults and 3 kids) with small dog perfectly, with room to spare. The furnishings were super comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, even with a high speed blender. My only regret was we couldn’t stay longer. We also enjoyed both pools, although it seemed the smaller pool was not heated. Location was close to town and to wineries in Mason. We are hoping to return in the summer so we can enjoy the private beach. You got one regret your stay here. The house was also exceptionally clean, for a place that allows pet you could never tell since there was no sign of pets.

Beautiful location
This was the perfect house for a quick getaway. The neighborhood has a great small town feel, even though there is a lot of construction, it's all pretty removed from this house. The layout and size are great for a family of four. We would definitely go again.

This was a great way to have a Social Distance vacation. The home worked really well, plenty of space for everyone. It was equipped with much more than we could use, which provides many options. As we brought a boat, the moorage is a great asset. We also had two dogs that enjoyed the home and plenty of open space for them as well.

We loved our experience at both the cottage and the Lookout. The house was nice and well furnished.The whole community was welcoming and the staff at the Lookout was very friendly. A couple of the staff were new and couldn't answer many questions but we always found someone that could. My only negative comment was that it would have been nice to know the house next door was under construction. The chainlink fence took away some of the ambiance and had to deal with the noise on a couple of our days.

The location was perfect from a practicality standpoint, placing us between both pools and on a lawn with a comfortable wraparound porch complete with rocking Adirondack chairs. We had such a fun weekend at this this rental house! We were visiting Chelan for a bachelorette party and needed a space that would accommodate 8 ladies. This house ended up being the perfect fit. The only bummer was that we wished we had more time to enjoy all the wonderful parts of the house! The hot tub and gas fire pit were great features, we just didn't have the time to utilize them much. The house was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely rent this house again in the future.

Lovely brand new home!
This house was great! It cost $14 for XL Lyft or Uber ride to downtown. The only issue was the lack of street signs in this brand new development because houses have entrances from streets in front and in back, so we drove around in the dark awhile to find the home/entrance (and waited outside for Lyft drivers, waived them down). The home has everything you need, very quiet and comfortable! Music, TV, games! Cooking supplies, toiletries, etc. We had a very fun time!! Thanks!!
