Great apartment. It has everything you need. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, kitchen with essentials, microwave, refrigerator, stove top. It was great to have a washer to do laundry. There is no dryer but there are hangers and there is a way to dry your clothes in the bathroom (you just need to use your translator). This apartment is walking distance to the subway line, Seven Eleven, grocery store, and a 100 Yen store, tons of stuff close by.
There is also a cafe/bar on the lobby area with tables if you need to work or just relax.
If you are visiting your Temple University student, this place is convenient and great access to the University and easy train ride to Kyoto station and surroundings.
This apartment complex was clean and super friendly staff.

I liked that’s the main bedroom was in its own floor. The kitchen was very nice and the home was great overall.
The address pulled up a little weird in Google Maps, but found it eventually. Rooms are a little small with luggage, but not too bad.
