Very spacious and clean rooms, large enough to accommodate a family of four adults. Large windows let in a lot of light, though there was no view, so the windows are best left closed. The place is very quiet, as it is about 10 min on foot from the station. There is a bus stop less than 5 min away, which is quite convenient. Staff spoke English, so check-in was quite easy. We loved the 65-inch TV too!
The kitchen space is tiny and has near-zero storage space. For a "residential" hotel, the place is woefully under-equipped. There was only one saucepan and one cooking vessel, a few plates and cups - that was it. Equipment-wise, it was okay though - refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, stove and a washing machine. No coffee maker, nor coffee or tea bags, no sugar or salt, etc., provided even on the first day. And maintenance seems to be the responsibility of the tenants - when the drains got blocked and we raised a complaint to reception, we were handed a couple of net filters and asked to replace them ourselves! I have never had that happen at any hotel earlier!

Comfortable and clean
Staff were not helpful or friendly . Didn’t seem to want to even check us in . It was classed as a hotel but no one serviced our room at all the whole stay

The location is great. Walking distance to convenience store and train station.
The toilet room doesn't have any exhaust.

Room was great, well-equipped, good value for money. Especially the bathroom was great.
Front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, even asking simple questions became a frustrating experience. There is no safe space to store your luggage, you are invited to leave it unsupervised in the publicly accessible lobby. Finally, in the junior suite the curtains barely block any light, so sleeping in the big bedroom was quite difficult.
