Although the location may look a little far from the main attractions on the map, it is actually very convenient. The metro station is extremely close, and most places can be reached within just 2–3 stops. Even the main station is less than a 10-minute walk away.
They also have a partner office just 2–3 minutes from the station where we could leave our luggage, and they delivered it directly to our room, which was incredibly convenient. Thank you also for the complimentary treats!
The room was surprisingly spacious compared to most hotels in Japan, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is comfortable and calm. Offers everything you would need for you stay including landry with provided washing products. Newly added leg massage, tea and coffee machines which you can use for free. My girlfriend was able to borrow hair iron or other tools to style her hair in the morning. A vending machines with drinks is also there. When its expected to rain you can borrow see-through umbrellas upon leaving the hotel so you dont get cought in rain while exploring Kyoto
I stayed here in 2024, it was great at that time. Now we stayed here again in 2026, they added some new perks, but the room felt little outdated compared to 2 years ago. We would appreacite if the TV had netflix or youtube. When we checked in there was a lot of woman hair on the floor from previous visitors and the furniture could have been refreshed with new one without scratches

The hotel was close to Kyoto Station and situated near 2 Lawsons which was very convenient. The room was very comfortable, the beds were firm which was fine since I prefer firmness. The complementary coffee & laundry room was convenient. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.

I liked that the laundry was free. The hotel was older but renovated.
The property was within walking distance to the train station but it took 20 minutes
