Very convenient location. GREAT breakfast buffet.
Unless you request room cleaning, you won’t get your daily bottled water. However, you can drink, brush your teeth, splash water to your eyes NO PROBLEM from sink in Japan anyway.

Very close to Kyoto station. Loved the entrance. Hotel staff was very accommodating.
As with the other hotel we stayed at in Tokyo space is an issue. Traveling with several pieces of luggage it is a real challenge. Add in umbrellas to dry out. We managed but stubbed our toes a few times. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was excellent.

This is a great hotel in a perfect location near Kyoto Station. The staff helped me recover something I had left at a previous hotel and were so kind and gracious about it. Amazing customer service.
