Had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The staff was super friendly.
Our room was very clean, we liked the amenities and the free ice cream cubes for the children. The breakfast was very good. Multiple choices between warm dishes and breakfast items. Several fresh fruits and vegetables. The coffee was very good - Franke coffee systems.
We had a wonderful 4 nights stay in Kyoto.

A great hotel by Kyoto train station! The breakfast was amazing with great selections. It was so nice for them to let us leave the suitcase before check in and after check out. Enjoyed the public bath and the free ice cream. The private bath was pretty small but very typical in Japan. Definitely stay here again when we come back in the future!
