Place was really nice, large and wonderfully furnished.

Location parking were perfect, walkable to everything. Bonus bed was really nice. Place was quiet even though upstairs from main street.

Great downtown spot with accessibility to everything in walkable distance.

Location was perfect and having parking close by/overnight was helpful. Place was clean and spacious.

The hairdryer provided did not work. I intentionally check for hairdryer in the amenities listed to make sure I don’t need to bring one so that was disappointing. We tried using a different plug and reset it but it would not turn on.

Fun Downtown Estes Loft

We loved the location overlooking Main St where we could people watch. Cozy apartment with good space and beds for the 4 of us.

Loved the place but won't ever give Vacasa my money again

The appliances were updated. Cleanliness was great. Very spacious and open.

The price was ridiculous with all of the fees. We were only there ~16 hours and asking us to take out the trash was insulting; we paid $200+ in fees!

Disappointed with customer service and communication and cleanliness

Terribly inefficient customer service. When we arrived a full 4 hours after check in time, the dirty sheets and cleaning cloths were piled by washer in bathroom. The towels meant for our use were still in the dryer. I sent a picture and explained the situation. The rep indicated that she would run it by her team and that it would be lovely if we could do the laundry. This was Mon. I also asked about k cups bc only 4 were provided for 4 people for 4 days. She indicated that the residence does not provide coffee, despite the fact that there were containers of 16 varied creamers and a k cup machine. BY Wed still hadn't heard from "her team" and new issues arose. When we went to use cups and dishes from cupboards, they were obviously dirty. This despite instructions for each guest to run the dishwasher upon exiting. Again I took a picture and got an apology but explanation that things needed to go through higher ups. By departure on Thursday, still no answer. Received a text from someone saying we should have sent pics. We DID and I gave the dates and times and got the response that it "must've got lost in the text string" and then that they could see them. I got the impression that many different employees were looking at info and not communicating with each other. Thursday eve got a call and told to be patient that an answer for resolution was coming. Fri eve at 10:23 p.m. when we were already home and jet lagged and running on no sleep from night at airport, finally got an answer that they couldn't do any credit or refund and again noted we should have sent pics, which I DID but obviously previous staff didnt share. It is frustrating that they didnt even have the facts right. They said that 15% off a next stay would be granted. I wasn't asking for much. A small credit, waving cleaning fee etc would have sufficed. Paid a LOT and didnt expect to be doing laundry and dishes for them. Terrible customer service .

Superb

Excellent location, clean, decently equipped

The only reason I didn't give it a 10 is one of the pull out sofas has an air mattress, but we couldn't find the air pump that was supposed to be provided. It made for an uncomfortable bed for one of my sons, though he's scrappy and didn't seem to mind.

Great Stay. Great Location.

Location. Comfortable beds. Nicely appointed kitchen. Convenient parking. Large and nicely decorated space with deck.

Hard to sleep in because room didn’t have much for blinds. Grill was electric and small for a group of six but at least it was there! Thought unit overlooked river but overlooked road.

Wonderful walkable unit!

Loved the location. The unit was gorgeous. At the price expected more comfort in mattress. Also no complimentary coffee. Just common in that price point per night. Wonderful restaurant in walking distance. Great decor and informative info supplied. Heads up on road construction would have been nice. No wine glasses which again was weird for that price point per night. Great proximity to NP. Awesome unit for those who wish to be close to everything. Running River was peaceful. There was only two of us but comfortably would fit 4. 6 with kids.

we’ll be back!

I loved the location, the large open layout of the unit made it feel like a home. it was very quiet and right above the shops. We watched the sunrise from the patio.

Beautiful place, great location! We will definitely return!

We loved the location. We enjoyed the easy access to all of the shops, the cleanliness of the unit, and the outside balcony for people watching!

We liked being informed of the procedures for access to the unit, as well as parking ahead of arrival. Other information was easily found just inside the entrance of the unit. Upon departure, we could not find where to dispose of our garbage. After we left, we later found out that there was a key stored in the island drawer in the kitchen for the outside trash receptacle. It might make more sense to store the key where all of the passes/ other instructions are kept.

Open, airy, clean, great location for a get away weekend or holiday.

Location is great. Quick access to downtown and quick retreat when thunderstorms hit.

Annoying noise the emenates from behind greatroom fireplace exhaust vent. Vent was confirmed off with switch on wall but noise came on everynight at about 8:30 pm. Possibly from some vent using same duct from underneith loft or signs on front of business below. The cost of the loft should prevent the toilet paper from being the lowest level product available....Now Come On.....that is cheap.....

Excellent location & Parking

The location, the parking and the Loft itself was Excellent, it was very clean and very spacious. It was right above Main Street with a Great view for people watching. I can see why people would want to rearrange the couch to watch the street. It was very entertaining.

My only 2 complaints would be it was not easy to get in to the property initially…the directions could have been more clear. The other complaint would be the mattress in the Master bedroom…it was very uncomfortable (for me). I was surprised such a great place would have such an uncomfortable mattress. If my mattress would have been comfortable, I would have to give the loft 5 stars.

Loft

Great location! The loft is located in downtown Estes Park so, all restaurants and shops are walkable. Parking is free and located right behind the loft. The loft is very spacious and perfect for a family. We especially liked having access to a washer and dryer. We would definitely stay here again!

There were only 3 towels. The 2nd bedroom does not have a door.

Overall nice stay. Location good. 2nd bed is in dining room not a two bedroom

Auto entry was very easy. Was supposed to have two parking passes and there was only one. Has to call twice to get another pass

The loft is advertised as a two bedroom. It is actually a one bedroom and they put a bed in the dining room. No wall or closet. Just open the the front door and table area which was very awkward for two couples. Had to be very quiet in the am cuz my husband gets up super early. Would of liked a true two bedroom As advertised. Everything else was nice.

An enjoyable stay in a good location.

Central location. Very well equiped.

Described as a two bedroom property, but disappointed to find that one bed was in the living area. Information concerning car parking was contradictory and it was not mentioned in any prior information that a parking permit was available (it was only by chance that the permit was found). Only two chairs on the outside terrace in an apartment sleeping up to six.
