The location and apartment were overall amazing! David was wonderful and so smooth with the whole process. Location was great in proximity to the places we wanted to see, access to main roads and metro stops, while still remaining quiet at night. The apartment itself was so spacious and stocked and had absolutely everything we needed. The perfect home away from home.

We were visiting for the Valencia Marathon - We loved the apartment - it suited our needs perfectly. It was close to cafes, bakeries and public transport. David was warm, welcoming and helpful. It was great to have a bath (as well as a shower), as I needed to sit down after running the marathon!

We had a great stay as owner is accessible and always ready to help. Apartment is if a good size and well equipped. As facing north, is a bit cold, but has gas heaters which helps although Valencia was pretty warm when we were there. The city is well worth the visit and apartment is well located so close to amenities public transport or if uou prefer walking, walkable to historical part.

The apt is well located, making days out easy even for oldies like us.there was a useful pile of touristy info to get us started and we updated some and left other stuff. It was good to have the aircon as the second three days were very hot at night. We were able cool the place down quickly then adjust overall temp. Hope we didnt overdo that David.

A delightful apartment, well furnished and comfortable. Very clean and well equipped. Our host, Malcolm, met us and answered all our questions. Close to excellent transport links, restaurants and main places of interest.

We enjoyed this property during our 3 week stay. David was great to communicate with and answered our questions promptly; the unit was clean and well-equipped, and wonderfully well situated. We walked everywhere, including the train station for a trip to Madrid. We would certainly return to David's place if we go back to Valencia.

Just a two block walk to the Metro. Plenty of hot water with a new unit. But if you enjoy sleep, dont come during the Fallas. But that could be said of the whole city then. Has AC so I bet summer would be great there...the tram runs right to the sea.

David's flat was exactly as represented on the VRBO website. It was clean, bright, well appointed and a very comfortable space to return to at the end of the day. David was extremely welcoming and responded quickly to all of our requests. The apartment was well located, within walking distance of major attractions, and had easy access to public transportation.

Arrivés en avance , david s'est arrangé pour nous accueillir à temps. Très efficace, accueillant et discret , il nous a laissé l'appartement très propre et très fonctionnel pour notre famille (5pers). 7ème etage avec ascenseur, proche de tout :bar à tapas l'ecensia , top ! , aldi, consum, boulangerie,... air co , terrasse peu utilisée par 35°...david s'est montré particulièrement attentif aux mesures covid (gants, desinfectant fourni,...). A refaire ! Excellente localisation et excellente prestation !!

Lovely stay!
This was a lovely apartment on the 7th floor. Bright, cheerful, quiet and facing the courtyard. It was a good neighborhood with a grocery store, a “deli” with prepared foods, a bakery and fruit/veggie stand all within a block and a half. Also convenient to buses and about 4 blocks to metro. Apartment was exactly as pictured. The owner met us the first day as planned, spent a long time with us sharing information about living in Valencia and other nearby towns to visit. He was friendly, helpful and gracious. All in all, it was a pleasure!

David met us on our arrival and kindly advised us on how everything works. He also gave us great tips for the local area, and the Argentinian restaurant he recommended; Calibiri (at the top of the street) was absolutely amazing!
The apartment itself is very comfortable for a family of 4 (can actually sleep 5) with a good sized lounge/diner, bathroom with excellent shower, two bedrooms and a small but very functional kitchen. The weather was extremely hot and the air conditioning was a necessity when we got back in after a day in the hot sun.
The location is an approximate 20 minute walk to the old town, or you can get a bus in or a taxi (approx 6 Euros). The beach is beyond the Arts & Sciences area (which is absolutely amazing) and cost us 13 Euros for a taxi.
The apartment is very quiet and in a local neighborhood you get the feeling you are 'amongst' the locals. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets all within a few minutes walk.
We had a great time in Valencia and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and choice of accommodation. We would definitely return and recommend this property.

10 days in Valencia
The apartment is well situated for access to Valencia city centre. Metro & buses very near. Also taxi’s are easily available & cheap using the my taxi phone app. We enjoyed our stay in Valencia, as there is a lot to see. The beaches are also a short metro & tram ride away.
The apartment itself is well appointed & has a spacious lounge/dining area. Small bathroom & kitchen are clean/ functional. Bedrooms also quite small, but have enough space for storage etc. The roof terrace was a bit of a disappointment unfortunately & really is used for residents to hang out their washing. However, the city park is very close by metro & this was the outside space we used during our stay. We rented bicycles one day to explore the park, which was very nice. There are also some nice restaurants & bars in the apartment’s neighbourhood.
David & his colleague Malcolm were very easy to communicate with & booking plus arrival/ departure was very easy. We asked to depart a bit later on our last day & David was very accommodating.
In summary, a very nice apartment, very well situated, in a nice quiet neighbourhood of Valencia.

Functional apartment in good location.
Apartment was clean, had good hot water and water pressure. Kitchen was a bit small but did not prevent us from preparing meals. Elevator could be heard through the night but if you are a sound sleeper, shouldn’t be a problem. Area was good. Had everything you would need or want. The walk to old town took about 20 minutes but was enjoyable. The metro is excellent and easy to use.
Valencia is a beautiful city. There are many things to see and do. The green space and walking areas are phenomenal. The beach is worth a visit/s. The ceramic museum and Fallas museum are well worth the visit as is the Valencia cathedral and silk exchange. The city of arts and sciences is ingenious. The zoo is great and the Turia riverbed is a fantastic walking area.
Valencia is a very safe city day and night.

L’appartement est tel que montré et décrit sur le site. Nous y avons séjourné du 28 février au 14 mars 2019.
David était présent pour nous accueillir. De plus il a répondu rapidement et efficacement pour solutionner les petits ajustements d’installation.
L’appartement était très propre sauf quelques petits ustensiles de la cuisine. Le chauffage était adéquat.
Sa localisation est parfaite pour accéder à la vieille ville.

Excellent, safe, quiet apartment, good location
Had a great one week family holiday in this quiet apartment.The owner, David is very easy to communicate with on email which made payment and travel arrangements straightforward. Although we arrived near midnight, someone was able to meet us (for an extra late charge) and welcome us to the apartment. Taxi from the airport was 22 euros, late at night. It is on the 7th floor of a residential block, has a lift and felt very safe. It was quiet too. Except for a dishwasher, the apartment is equipped with everything you might need. There are two double bedrooms and an extra single low bed which could be used. A cot is available if required. The TV is better than on the photo, a flat screen one which has an option to change the language which meant we could watch some of the dubbed programmes,films, american comedies etc, in the original English language, there was a disney channel for kids too.
There are big and small supermarkets, fruit shops etc very nearby as well as a fabulous new pizza restaurant round the corner with 80 types of pizza on the menu. The kids enjoyed a nutella dessert pizza! It is about 15 minutes walk to the heart of the old town and about 6 minutes to the nearest metro which is a useful station where 3 lines meet. You can get the metro to the airport (about 15 minutes), make sure you buy the correct ticket in advance as we didn't realise the normal city tickets were only for a limited zone and had to pay extra at the airport. The metro station makes it very easy to go to major attractions like Bioparc and the City of Arts and Sciences as there are direct lines. I would recommend X-Door, a fantastic fun experience where you are locked in a room for 60 minutes and have to work as a team to solve clues and unlock items to work out how to escape. No Spanish required, great family fun for all ages. Would recommend the apartment to other people. We rented WiFi (portable data connection)from David for a week. It was really useful as you could carry it around and locate restaurants, maps etc whilst you were out and the kids could play on their electronic games!

dolce far niente in Valencia
We had a very nice stay, we even prolonged our stay by two weeks. The appartement is ideally situated,every store you would need is just behind the corner. The appartment self is as you see it on the photographs. Comfortable and quiet. With a terrace it would be a dream but there are enough terraces nearby just as busses or metro.
Wifi was a problem as we spend time communicating with the fammily. The owner was looking for a solution in the nearby future.
The kitchen is well equiped. The kitchen hood is very noisy and with little result, and that's the only negative point.
The neigbourhood is "spanish" with very friendly people, unspoilt by tourists.

Good location
We stayed here twice and both times David was there to meet us, he always answered any text/email straight away and was gave us some handy advice about the city.
The apartment was clean, well stocked and everything worked including the air con. We were two minutes from the the tram where we were able to access most parts of the city and catch a direct line to the beach. The area felt safe and if we ever return to Valencia we will stay here again.

Las Fallas recommendation!
Well, what can I say...First the good parts, The flat is very well equipped, with everything you could require from a holiday apartment. It was very clean and more spacious then the picture suggests. We had 5 people and were all incredibly comfortable, even when cooking.
The flat is located in a very safe and nice area, Walking distance to the center yet there is plenty to do in the immediate area also. We were in town during the Las Fallas festival,and could have not picked a better flat to enjoy our time. David (the owner) provided all the information, and was very helpful and understanding when some parts of out holiday didn't go perfectly to plan.
Now the bad bits...
In conclusion, We just all want to thank David,and recommend this flat to a wide range of people who are looking for a great time in valencia!

Great Apartment in a Quiet Location
Just returned from a very enjoyable 10 day break; Valencia is a great place to visit and the apartment proved to be an excellent choice. It is well situated, close to a metro station with direct links to beach, airport and town centre (although we walked a lot in an attempt to work off all the calories we'd consumed!). Lots of great eateries very close to the apartment which were very reasonably priced. Would definitely use again....

Great apartment
We really enjoyed our time in Valencia. David was very helpful with his advice and the apartment was very comfortable. The apartment is close to the metro and is walking distance to the old town area, but the metro trip to the beach can take up to 30 minutes.

Great Location in a Great City
The apartment is spacious and well-furnished, clean and quiet - not that you'll be wanting to spend a lot of time in it. The fantastic city centre is a few minutes walk away and the metro from the airport/to the beach is even closer. If you go to the Ciudad de las Artes e las Ciencias take the metro to Alameda and walk along the old Turia river bed to get there - it's well worth it. Highly recommended.

Trip to Valencia
Just to say we 4 ladies had a lovely trip to Valencia. The apartment was in a great location we could walk everywhere, or it was close to Metro stop. It was a good size apartment well furnished which was just as well due to the weather on the first day we couldn't go out as it was raing so hard.
The owner was very helpful I would certainly recommed this apartment.

Excellent home away from home in Valencia
I've just come back from a 5 night holiday in Valencia and I have to say that the accomodation was excellent. It is just 15 minutes or so away from the airport by metro and even quicker to get to by cab.
The apartment is within walking distance of Plaza del Ayuntamiento and Plaza de la Reina and the closest metro station (Angel Guimera) gives you direct access to the beaches/port and the airport. There is a supermarket very close by (5 mins by foot) and Mercado Central is also accessible if you want fresh produce. Finally, the apartment is situated close to Calle Juan Llorens, which has several late night bars/disco bars.
The apartment is clean and spacious and fully equipped (there is even a DVD player). It has air conditioning, which is must for Valencia in the summer.
Lastly, the owner was very welcoming and friendly and gave useful information on what to see and do while in the city. I would certainly recommend this apartment to friends!
