Appartement familial en bord de mer!

Appartement complet en bord de mer, en face d’une food court sympa. La communication avec Edgar était très facile. L’appartement est super bien équipé.

это было великолепное путешествие! мы были, как дома) учтено все: начиная от посуды, специй и кофе и заканчивая пледами и настольными играми! размещение просто великолепное, вышел, завернул за дом и ты на пляже)) пять минут и ты на метро, а возле дома трамвайчик!

Great spacious house next to the malverosa beach.

The location is near the beach which is great, but this area in general during summer is not the cleanest and has different kinds of people. There are not many nearby supermarkets and restaurants, but there are a few good ones in a 5-10min walk (La Princessa is one of them). Regarding the place, it is big, has all the amenities and a lot of stuff for kids. Big TV, good Internet connection, big kitchen, etc. We also asked for a bigger baby crib, and we got it a day later.

The shower can be updated, the door is narrow (almost fits our baby stroller), and because of the high humidity, in the bedroom sometimes you can smell some mold (even if it is not visible). In the bathroom, there is a dehumidifier which works great and towels dry faster because of that.

Great family stay if you are looking for a turnkey Valencia location

Central location, easy walk to beach, great AC, comfortable beds, useful kid stuff.

Parking difficult in peak season, faint noises from nearby night club at night, some pest issues

Location was great! So close to the beach, metro outside the door, food and drinks market across the road Very spacious, clear instructions available for check in and out. Beach towels available. No complaints!

Lots of nice little touches: coffee pods available on arrival, shampoo and shower gel provided; kitchen well equipped including fairy liquid/ cling film/ tin foil

Amazing house in great location. Everything you could possibly need is in the house, from beach towels to board games. On the beach but still really easy to get into the city.

a lovely house that felt like home during a perfect week in Valencia!

the house is so close to the beach and it’s so easy to get the bus to the city. the air conditioning was a life saver when temperatures outside were high. it was great to have a washing machine to use as the week went on. everything you could have wanted was thought of - plenty of storage for clothes, games to play, children’s toys.

nothing really - although a dishwasher would have been nice!!

Fantastic place by the beach.

Fantastic apartment, amazing location at the beach. All the amenities were perfect, well labelled and explained, we really had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, spatious, homely and stylish. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Not a lot. Some nights the music from the club over the road can be heard, but not a problem when bedro.doors are closed.

Stylish and freshly renovated house right near the beach. We were couple with small kid, really enjoyed. Host was very supportive and helped with all requests. We very "lucky" to be there right on the Day of Valencia, so it was pretty noisy during the night, fireworks and dances) All the rest was great, recommend!

Very cool apartment in a great location

Great location on a really cool street. Really nice apartment, kitchen was great, little terrace and love the vibe of the living area. Spend a long weekend with my family (6 adults) and felt very comfortable.

Great winter vacation in Valencia!

the Beach house was even bigger than I expected and very clean! Nice design !Very comfortable beds. Very close to the beach and not so far away (ca. 25-30 min walking) from the Metro station Maritim-Serreria, we never used tram, but by tram it takes several stops to Metro. the supermarket Mercadona is also not so far away- we often bought there fresh fish&shrimps and cooked them at home. The kitchen is fully equipped (even surprising good:) ) No lack of anything. We travel a lot and can compare. So it was a very very nice stay in beautiful Valencia and I can recommend this place to everyone. The owner Edgar is very nice person and helped us in any question!:) We gladly will come back!

The only thing was a bit disappointing in the apartment - there is no view at all... :( Only to the internal yard but this is no a big thing.
