The location was great, also it was very clean

It was right in the old part of Valencia. Everything was an easy walk and you were very close to the Jardin tel Turia which is perfect for walking, running and kids playing.
There wasn't a washing machine. As an active family, this would have helped us as hand washing, it took time for things to dry off. It was quite noisy in the evenings with various events on but we managed this.

The apartment was beautiful and in a great location- just off a main street near the old town center, walkable to most things, but yet still tucked away and quiet. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and quick to respond on WhatsApp. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, including meeting us even when we arrived earlier than expected, and were friendly to interact with. The two full baths with spacious counter areas were nice. Lots of space in general to spread out was a plus for may family of 5. (We stayed in the duplex apartment)
Air conditioning on the sleeping floor would have made they stay a bit more comfortable, but would not keep us from staying there again. Fans were provided for all sleeping spaces.
