The location was very perfect, very central. The check in/check out process was clear and easy. The staff were so helpful and it was great to be able to leave our bags before and after our stay. It felt very safe having a reception too. We loved the lift, especially being on the 4th floor! The view from the balcony in the morning was beautiful. Just little touches like chilled water in the fridge, complimentary tea and coffee as well as having clean beach towels and umbrellas to take if you wanted. The air conditioning was much appreciated too. We would definitely stay again!
It was just a little bit noisy outside on the Wednesday evening, but otherwise was perfect!

Great property, really spacious for our family of 5, very comfortable and in a very central location.
It gets a bit noisy at night and into the early hours, but probably to be expected being so centrally located

It was clean and spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The smell was horrendous, constant smell of sewage. Unbearable. Also noisy neighbours, kids running around most of the night, the acoustics are very poor.
