L'appartamento è collegato bene al centro della Ciutat Vella di Valencia, vicinissimo a Plaza de la Reina, al mercato centrale, Plaza Redonda e alla fermata dei mezzi. Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia, siamo in 5, di cui la più piccola 3 anni ed è stato davvero comodo spostarsi tra le diverse attrazioni. Proprio sotto casa ci sono un forno, due ristoranti e un Carrefour, poi basta fare qualche metro per incontrare il corso che ti porta in piazza della Reina e lì c'è di tutto.
L'appartamento è abbastanza capiente per 4/5 persone. C'è tutto il necessario, cucina, frigo, micronde, asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro e una moltitudine di grucce!! É abbastanza nuovo, da rivedere il divano, ma è cosa di poco conto se non si ha l'esigenza di trascorrere il tempo in casa.
La zona è residenziale, nel palazzo non c'è alcun rumore e il primo piano è davvero vantaggioso se trasporti passeggini o altri bagagli un po' ingombranti.
Consiglio Freenow per prenotare i taxi per chi ha bambini a cui occorre il seggiolino auto, in quanto i vari Cabify, Uber e Bolt non nè consentono il trasporto. Inoltre, il costo è del tutto simile.

Genial ubicación del apartamento, a pocos minutos andando de la zona centro. Instalaciones cómodas y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en la ciudad. Zona con mucha vida: comercios, restaurantes, panaderías, pastelerías...
En el apartamento de la planta superior había alojados unos extranjeros algo ruidosos de madrugada.

Location and close to numerous cafes and restaurants.
The cathedral is between 7-10 mins walk from the apartment and certainly not next to it. No balcony but an enclosed central courtyard with 4 surrounding high walls, nowhere to sit outside and watch the world go by.
The kitchen lacks some of the added extras such as coffee/tea cups, wine glasses and smaller bowls (only large soup bowls). There is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, if only I had known in advance to bring coffee pods, also bring your own usb plugs for the bedroom lamps! Only Spanish tv channels, the WiFi is temperamental so advise purchasing an eSIM beforehand (I used HolaFly which cost about €7 for 2 days).
We had a 4 night stay and received a WhatsApp from Mauricio saying the apartment would be ready a few minutes after 16.00hrs and quote "Please let me know if you need anything", after 4 days the message from us requesting 2 wine glasses, 2 espresso cups and a plugs for the lamps was still not read!
Yes the apartment is clean and close to many bars, cafes and restaurants but it does lack those finishing touches.
The beds were comfy although no mattress protectors!
