Situated in Valencia, this attractive condo for $325 per night is a great option for your next trip. Flats Friends Soho Suites 3 bedrooms is an apartment for groups of up to 7 people. The apartment, of great size and with two complete bathrooms, is decorated in a modern and minimalist way. The Soho Suites building is located next to the Central Market and the Lonja de Valencia and 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral and the Plaza del Ayuntamiento. In addition, it has a private parking in the basement, with access by a car lift. The apartment accommodates groups of 7 people and is divided into two double rooms, a single room and a double sofa bed in the living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, two bathrooms with shower and two televisions. The location of Flats Friends Soho Suites is ideal to discover the center without the need of a car. The Angel Guimerà metro stop is less than 5 minutes away and the airport bus stops 2 minutes away, next to the Central Market. There are several bus lines nearby, as well as a pharmacy, two supermarkets, a bakery and numerous restaurants and cafes.

The apartment was quite nice and spacious but you could hear every noise from the neighbors apartments.

Booking easy, good communication from company.
Checking in very easy.
Flat clean but could do with mould being cleaned off sealant in bathrooms.
Also a cafetiere would be nice.
Flat in good location to get to places but appears to be in the red light district with women on street corners.

Located near the Central Market, almost all key sights in city are within 15m of walking. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great city to visit with family and friends. Beware that most museums are closed on Mondays.

This unit is inside an apartment hotel with a concierge and communal laundry facility. The unit was spacious and clean with excellent communication by the property manager. The kitchen was lacking a tea/coffee pot, a sharp kitchen knife and ice cube tray, but the manager was able to source most of these items for us quickly. The location is good in that it is a short walk from the Central Market and the old town, however the immediate streets around the property, while safe, did have some interesting characters. Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay with our 2 children and elderly father.

I stayed with my family for 6 weeks while teaching in Spain. Size of apartment is great. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, very hard mattresses. The staff were amazing and very nice about everything.
The neighborhood can seem sketchy. The “ladies of the night” work directly in front of the apartment entrance. I never felt unsafe, but I wish I would have know before staying there with my children. The walls of the apartment are also very thin and you can hear everything.

Great hosts
Very helpful team especially Carlos, great with restaurant recommendations Dario a, the bike hire (onsite), taxis, printing boarding passes etc. our flat was slightly noisy (other residents) but very well located and great value.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt
In nur wenigen Minuten ist man mitten in der Altstadt mit all den Sehenswürdigkeiten. An den Strand mit dem Taxi ist es auch nicht sehr weit und die Taxi's sind zahlbar. Die Wohnung war schön und kann jederzeit weiterempfohlen werden.

Die Lage ist genial, da man sofort in der Altstadt ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn man nicht während der Öffnungszeiten da sein kann bekommt man alle Infos rechtzeitig zum Einchecken .
Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass das Haus sehr hellhörig ist.

Schöne grosse moderne Wohnung.
Wir haben die Wohnung gut genutzt mit 2 kleinen Kindern. Konnten das Zentrum fussläufig erkunden. Und auch die 2 Regentage störten uns nicht.

Avevo prenotato per 3 notti l'appartamento da 2 camere in Calle Turia, dove avevo già soggiornato 4 notti a giugno 2018. Purtroppo, dopo essere entrati nell'appartamento ci siamo accorti che la porta del bagno restava aperta perché lo stipite e la porta erano deformati, gonfiati nella parte inferiore da acqua e umidità. Essendo 4 amici e non una famiglia la situazione era inaccettabile. Ho chiamato la reception ed Emma ha proposto l'appartamento a Soho Suites da 3 camere allo stesso prezzo pagato. L'appartamento è davvero molto bello e funzionale, tre camere, due bagni, grande cucina e sala. Pulizia ottima. Siamo stati molto bene. Le ragazze della reception sono tutte meravigliose.Sicuramente il problema della porta del bagno nell'appartamento di Calle Turia non era recente, una porta non si gonfia a quel punto in uno o due giorni. Quell'appartamento aveva bisogno di manutenzione e non poteva essere affittato in quelle condizioni. Nell'appartamento da 3 camere di Soho Suites l'unica cosa "strana" sono i lavabi dei bagni, il cui design (che non avevamo mai visto prima) ne rende difficile la pulizia profonda. Suggerirei dei lavabi "normali".Nella struttura non esiste uno spazio fumatori: io uscivo in strada per fumare e ho sempre con me un portacenere portatile per non sporcare la strada, ma sarebbe utile un portacenere fissato fuori della porta principale per gettare i mozziconi.Per il resto tutto bene!

During arrival we received all the information needed to have a great stay.
Almost the whole historic center can be reached by walking only from the apartment. Only the beach and oceanographic you need to travel by bus or bike. For sure we will come back.
