Really great location for the Valencia Half Marathon. Only a short walk to the Jardin de Turia and old town. Lovely style apartment with terrace where you can eat outside. Two bathrooms are great. Lovely style. We are all runners so don’t mind walking - great for exploring all parts of València. Lovely view over a church from the kitchen window and parakeets flying over the terrace!
Liked it all and would recommend. Be aware that there are steps to get up so not good for anyone who is not great with stairs. Sofa bed is a bit squeaky if you have more people and need to use that as a bed, but apart from that we had a fantastic stay and the owners were great in their messaging etc.

Buena ubicación y amplia terraza. El trato con la propietaria fue agradable y fácil.
Necesita revisar detalles de mantenimiento: puertas de las habitaciones ruidosas y se descuelgan, algunos enchufes de las habitaciones no funcionaba, tostador no funciona, césped de la terraza mal colocado, algunas baldosas del salón despegadas.
El Check in era a las 16 (avisado), y no pudimos entrar hasta las 16:30h. Es un detalle que puede no tener importancia, pero con los tres niños, se complicó un poco.
Otras dos cosas a tener en cuenta son: las escaleras para subir (aparecen en las fotos) y el parking se paga a parte.
