Stink, flooding, noisy, dark.

It was clean. That’s all what was good.

Stinks! It smells really badly in the main room, an no measures or deodorants help. Flooding! With heavy rainfalls the other day, water flooded the apartment - luckily I was there to collect it throughout the evening/night. The provided number for emergencies does not work! Noisy and dark! The walls thin and windows are not sealed properly - so that you can literally hear everything and all night. And for privacy reasons you‘re forced to keep the shutters down.

Clean, convenient, and excellent value in a great location.

Great value for money. The apartment was very clean, the location was excellent, and we were able to park for free right in front of the property. Check-in was quick and easy with the digital system and virtual key, which made the whole process very convenient.

If you need a quiet place, this is not for you!

The host have tried to resolve the issue but I think the response must be faster as we had to be out of the room for 4/5 hours in order to get the technician to sort out the bad smell in the room

Late check out on arrival, we had been travelling all morning. The room was comfortable but noticed not everything was cleaned properly such as skirting boards and we noticed a smell coming from the toilet. The same night we could hardly sleep because the smell was so bad we told the host but we didn't get a response so I had to call. We had to walk across town to another apartment 30 minutes away. We had to leave at 11 am the following day but our original apartment wasn't ready so we had to stay out and it was raining all morning. So we couldn't relax. Eventually we came back to apartment, the smell was still lingering but we were too tired to even complaint now. The apartment is on main street and many people gather outside because they don't know this is a place people stay. There is no signs outside. I think it would help to warn passers by as we were woken up several times by people in the night.

Great stay in Valencia

Very nice clean big bathroom, comfortable bed, easy to access to bus stop, walking distance to center. Amenities were sufficient and had a nice outside balcony which we enjoyed.

Had problem heating the apartment, the air conditioning unit was seemingly functioning but not properly heating. All else was good.

Los apartamentos están completamente renovados, todo se ve bastante limpio.

Los apartamentos tienen un pequeño “jardín” en el interior. Eso, en un mundo civilizado es genial, pero si te tocan unos niñatos que se ponen a hablar a las 3 de la mañana, es cuando detectas que el aislamiento acústico es nulo. El hecho de que no haya staff, incentiva este tipo de comportamientos. Por último, la habitación tenía un olor extraño como a agua estancada que no supe detectar de dónde venía. El aire tampoco enfriaba demasiado, y a 36 grados que estábamos ese día, es un negativo bastante grande. Además, aunque la ubicación no es del todo mala, está a 20 minutos andando del centro, no es ideal
