The location of the property is excellent and the staff is nice and available
Unfortunately, the apartment did not feel like good value for the price we paid. The apartment was quite expensive considering the overall experience.
We were also asked to take out the trash before checking out, with the warning that €50 would otherwise be deducted from our deposit. For the price of the apartment, we expected a more comfortable stay and a few more basic amenities.
The bed was very uncomfortable, which made it difficult to sleep well. We were also surprised that there wasn’t even a bottle of water provided upon arrival.
Overall, the location and friendly staff were positive points, but the apartment itself did not meet our expectations for the price.

Amazing location with a short walk to all the old town places. Metro is close by. Good flat and aircon.
Could be a little cleaner in places, especially the floor and inside cupboards. Additions of things like salt and pepper would be great for the kitchen

Easy to get in, easy to communicate. At first, we had some disagreements, but the issues have been resolved quickly.
The toilet made some noise after flushing; otherwise, everything was fine.

superb location, nice apartment, very clean and fully-equipped. Owners are extremely kind and helpful
unfortunately right in front of the first floor apartment, there is a back door/kitchen of a Chinese restaurant and being that an alley the noise is extremely loud, especially when they clean-up for closure. The window frames have virtually no soundproofing, so it feels like they’re right inside the room
