The staff were brilliant. I was able to drop bags off before check-in and post check-out, so I could wander around bag free.
I could book a breakfast on the day I wanted breakfast. The breakfast was lovely, varied and fresh
The room was cleaned/tidied every day.
The location was on the beach, bit out of town, but good
Nothing to do with the hotel, but I had trouble charging up my travel card. The machine at Neptu was not understandable at all and you couldn't seem to pay, but having said that, I was trying to use an existing card. I think you may need to start from scratch for a ticket. I ended up going to a tabac in order to charge my card up for 3 days

Simple but comfortable room, cleaned every day, brilliant location just seconds from beach, great to have vending machines in lobby so can always have quick access to drinks and snacks.
Only one bath towel provided, would have preferred two and for them to be bigger (bath sheet size). Room had smart tv with Netflix but doesn’t work if your Netflix subscription is the one with ads.
