Great location just under 10 minutes walk to the beach which was perfect. 2nd floor room at the back of the building so no street noise at all. Restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets at short walk as well as a bus and tram station. Comfortable bed, nice big TV, overall new and modern look and feel. We were given an iron upon request. Daily cleaning. Easy self-check-in. Convenient checkout hour.
The reception is not staffed after 14:00 and after check-in we discovered that the sink was clogged and so was the shower, but it took until the next morning to sort because of no staff and them not answering on WhatsApp. Towels were horrible, never had such issues with tons of fluff sticking on us and on our clothes and floating in the air. It's not well thought through for beach goers, e.g. a single hook in the bathroom was functional (2nd was broken) and nowhere else to hang towels to dry, also found only 3 hangers (got more upon request) and a locked safe box which they had to unlock. The room was smaller than visible in the photos and we only had "view" of a white wall.

Great modern room in a central Cabanyal location, close to the beach, bars, restaurants and public transport. Very friendly and helpful staff.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Lots of noises made sleeping hard:
* Recurring clicking noise all night, like from a water pump being activated every hour
* Noises from guests and staff, specially during the morning where guests enter/leave and staff is making the rooms and chatting loudly
