Location and room was clean, basic simple bed and breakfast hotel, for sure not 4*
Elevator is terrible, u wait long time. And needed toothbrush, I had to go down to take it.

- Great Location (Bus nr. 8 from Parc Central - Manuel Garrero goes directly to the city) The bus station is a 2min walk.

While the hotel had some positive aspects, there were several areas that left me disappointed during my stay:
1. The price of €680 for two people, without breakfast or any additional amenities, felt significantly overpriced.
2. The window in the room was poorly insulated. Despite being on the 5th floor, I could clearly hear people on the street, including someone coughing. The window did not close completely, which resulted in a constant cold draft in the room.
3. The check-in experience lacked the usual warm welcome. We weren’t asked any customary questions such as whether it was our first time at the hotel, or how we were traveling (e.g. by car or bus), which would have made the experience feel more personal.
4. I was not informed about the availability of a fitness room upon check-in. I only discovered it by chance later on, which was a missed opportunity for better guest engagement.
