Ideal para un puente

Francamente, todo estuvo perfecto. El check-in, la habitación, la cama y la limpieza. Estará un poco más lejos de centro de la ciudad pero teniendo el metro, se llega a todas partes. Hay algunos cafés para desayunar en la avenida principal y más de un restaurante para comer-cenar por los alrededores. Altamente recomendado.

Acogedor

La posibilidad de ir a la piscina climatizada y me Sorprendió para bien la cena, Muy variada y rica, con unas bravas del chef buenísimas, rápidos y el trato del personal bueno.

Muchas personas bajando al desayuno en pijama. Le baja al hotel el nivel. No se debería permitir. Olor de la recepción del hotel bueno, pero empalagoso para mi gusto. Quizás sea algo personal mío, pero le bajaría algo la intensidad.

Three days stay for Valencia Marathon

Friendly check-in and nice staff. In general: a normal nice business hotel.

Location is a bit too far from city center and metro station is also bit of a walk (800m) Hotel is ready for refurbishment, shows a bit of wear & tear (stains, dents in walls and doors, paintwork, etc) Bit too expensive for quality offered

Good

The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of space for luggage. Comfy beds and good equipped bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The pool was smaller than expected. Long wait for elevator had to use the stairs most times. Breakfast was limited.

Exceptional

The buffet breakfast was amazing! We also really liked the cleanliness of the room and the building as a whole. Also very close to public bus routes

We had 2 single beds pushed together to make our double bed which wasn't the best, we probably could have requested this be changed or requested a double or queen option when booking but this did not impact our stay at all

Excelente hotel

Really good breaksfast, with a lot of different things and fruit, very very nice. The room is also very nice and confortable. The gym also has a good variaty of machines and the room was super fresh.

The pool is small, I guess the objective is just to refresh, and not to swim.

Spacious room

Lovely area. Clean, spacious,comfortable hotel not far from the city centre. Easy to get to by metro,bus and tram. Accommodating staff. Great cocktails at the bar by the pool.

Staff did not go out of their way to be helpful.

Very good

Very clean and has plenty of parking spaces on the street in front of the hotel. There's a supermarket next to the hotel.

Location is a bit too far to the city center. Need to take the taxi to town.

Great for a short stay in Valencia

Good facilities; sauna, gym, tv, mini bar in room, pool, restaurant, bar etc. The rooms were clean and pretty spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Easy access from Valencia airport (8 minute taxi).

Location is slightly far out of the town centre but has easy access to both the centre and the beach via bus (30 mins but very cheap!), metro or taxi (10 mins), so a minor inconvenience.

They could do better with the room quality

Generally the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Quality of fixtures and fittings in the room, very tired poor quality, curtains not fixed fully along length, ripe in arm of chairs, bathroom sink slow to empty, towels had seen better times. The focus on our booking in was to ‘up sell’ to a better room etc when the hotel was listed as superior (why, is there newer furniture in others?)

The shower was broken, the towels were very worn, not helpful staff, they charged me for the parking €18 for 10 hours, they charged me for the breakfast €17 per person, the location is far from the city center, they keep my card number for the drinks in mini bar where the value of them is less than €5. This is ridiculous.

Good hotel with Great Staff

The staff were excellent. Very friendly and were able to speak to me in English which was refreshing.

I was surprised that there was no coffee making facility in the room and room service only started at 11am. This meant for a simple cup of coffee I had to go down to the restaurant to get one. I didn't want breakfast so I found this very annoying that just for a simple cup of coffee when i woke up, I had to get ready for the day to go downstairs. Even the cheapest of hotels I've stayed in have had coffee making facilities in the room.

nice in general but disappointing in the end.

the property is nice but it is not like showed in the pictures (about the rooms) the rest of the facilities are excellent

A ver expensive piece of clothing went missing from my room the last day of my stay and this is unacceptable. Also I asked on reception to order a taxi to the airport at a specific time and the didn’t do it, eventually I had to take care of it myself.
