The excellent location, the cleanliness of the room and its size and the friendliness of the helpful staff. I forgot my money and passport in the safe, they tried to contact me but my phone was off they kept it for me in the hotel’s safe.

The location is absolutely fantastic. Everything we visited was a 5-20 min walk away. Very close to the city centre (5-10 min walk).
The room was lovely and modern. Very clean.
Lovely staff, they changed our room from double to twin after a request. Always very warm and welcoming.
They noticed we didn’t want the room cleaned and left a note outside to let us know we can request towels etc from the desk, which was very kind of them.
Gave a complimentary bottle of Spritz and chocolate on arrival, with a lovely note.
Only downside is that the doors to the balcony were very old and thin, so you could hear every single thing outside all night. It was very distracting and hard to sleep due to this.

Clean, inconvenient.
No Parking, very difficult to find a Parking place even near to the hotel, we were fined because we parked in a Time Zone Area. We didn’t know about it. We had a Baby and we couldn’t even stop for minutes at the Hotel main door because it’s impossible. It’s on the street directly.
