Loved staying on the level. The complimentary food and drink was a real bonus. Beautiful bedrooms. The staff were so professional and friendly; made you feel so welcome.
The air conditioning in the room was not adequate and caused us to have not the best night sleep which was a shame as the bed was so super comfy and spacious.

The rooms were really spacious and always kept very clean. The housekeeping team were excellent and really on top of everything throughout our stay. The reception staff were approachable, accommodating and always happy to help. We also really enjoyed the pool area, and the service there was great. All of the staff we came across were friendly and welcoming.
The lifts were quite slow, which could be frustrating at busy times. I also have a gluten allergy and unfortunately wasn’t able to experience the breakfast or any of the food during my stay. I raised my dietary requirements with the catering staff at breakfast, but after waiting around half an hour for the gluten-free options to arrive, I had to leave as I needed to be somewhere else. It was disappointing, particularly as I had made the staff aware of my allergy.

Swimming pool to cool off in and nice bar at night. Room was spacious
Nothing seemed to work. One lift broken causing queues, telephone in room broken for entire stay, even though reported on day one. Toasters in restaurant didn’t work, breakfast is chaotic, way too many people, couldn’t move. Breakfast was underwhelming. Not what I’d expect from a 4star! Omelette only available to those on upgraded rooms, they’re eggs for goodness sake, not caviar!
