The staff were absolutely brilliant, very professional and welcoming.
The breakfast buffet was really delicious with plenty of choice.
The dinner buffet was also very good. There was a good selection, only a few things not to my taste, but in general the half board option was well worth it.
The room was really spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom and shower were really wonderful.
There wasn't really anything not to like once inside the hotel.
The only slight was that it was situated on a main road and on a side road near a shopping centre on the other side of the park and old town. It was about a 20 minute walk to reach the castle and main part of the old town, however a nice walk through the park to get there and always easy to find our way back from anywhere because we just walked through the park either from the east, west or south.
Shame there was no swimming pool, which would make this hotel complete!

The size of the room and tea and coffee facilities.Air conditioning was good. Parking on sight although very tight to get in and out.
The balcony is not fit for purpose .The television was small and old with little volume and the remote control barely worked.
The mattress was too soft ,not good for back sufferers.And a 4 star hotel with no usb ports for charging your phone, really? To sum up ,the hotel needs a complete upgrade but it is very busy in a good location so why should they.
