Very friendly and welcoming staff, good location for exploring Valencia, and the air conditioning worked very well once the room had cooled down. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
The main issue was having to choose between cooling and housekeeping: if we removed the room card, the AC stopped and the fourth-floor room became very hot, but leaving a card in made the system think we were inside, so cleaning was skipped. The initial cleaning also could have been better, with some shaving residue and a razor cover left in the shower and used sanitary products still in the bin. The family-room layout was a little awkward too, as the unfolded sofa bed partly blocked the fridge and the shower door hit the second shower head.

Staff. They are very positive and helpful. Also speaks perfect English.
Stayed on the last floor. The ceiling is very high - around 5 meters. Window is very small so light should be turned on all the time.
First of all - parking!!! Note, parking is in another building, 5 minutes walk. Parking lots are narrow, so if you have something like x6 then it would be a challenge to park. Do not use elevator in the parking!!!!
Air condition in the room is located opposite the bed. There is a high chance to get the flu.
Breakfast - no sense in it. Very limited choice . Coffee is disgusting and costs 1.5 eur per cup. .
