Conveniently located, very clean, with beautiful views of the Mercado Central Valencia. Staff were very friendly, professional, and very attentive to our requests.

Central location, helpful staff. The room is big, there is a dining area and a full kitchen, adequate bathroom. The parking is accessible via a lift, from a pedestrian zone and the hotel emails you a permit to be able to drive there legally. The parking is tight, and there was a car that couldn't get out because of another car that the hotel personnel thought it was our car and called us in the morning and were a bit "short" with us, in a somewhat accusatory tone. When I went downstairs, I saw that it wasn't my car. I did not make a big deal, mistakes happen. The reception personnel called us and offered us free breakfast, which was a very nice gesture to show how much they care about their clients.

The location is excellent. The room is spacious with nice furniture.
They put cheap soap in soap dispensers of a high quality looking soap brand. The lobby and the hallways look a bit tired. They diffuse a heavy scent in the small lobby, it feels like they are trying to mask a bad smell or something. It feels more like a 3 star hotel. The walls are thin, you can hear sounds from the neighbours, the plumbing and outside
