The breakfast was excellent . The staff were extremely helpful and the position of Plaza View was exceptional.
I would have liked the check in procedure to have been sent to me at least 24 hours earlier. I was in transit for two days before I flew to Valencia and I was unhappy about the uncertainty of our arrival.

We found the breakfast quite lovely, all cold options but all very fresh. The location is fantastic, central for sightseeing and getting about. We had a room with a balcony and the view was stunning especially with the fountain constantly changing colour in the evening!
The balconies are in darkness in the evening and it is easy to trip on the doorstep. An outside light would make a big difference.

Amazing. It was spacious, clean, location location location… all the things.
Others renting space and with the shared hall, it was loud at times. Not everyone minding the respect side of things.

Location great, staff friendly and helpful.
No dislikes. Issue with a blocked sink which was resolved the same day.
