Location great. Navyl, receptionist, good.
A family got stuck in elevator. Elevator old. No 24 hr receptionist; only sporadic receptionist. Please clarify that there is not a 24 hour staff in the hostal's information. Thanks

The location! Superb! Walking distance to some of the iconic tourist spots like the Cathedral, La Lonja, Central Market etc! It’s World Cup season when we stay here, so it was a bit noisy outside, but we don’t mind at all.. just loving the vibe!
Well more amenities in the room would make this hostal much better…but we manage all right

The hostal is located right on center of walking distance to everything. Which it’s great.
The elevator was out of service and the Hostal is located practically on the 3rd floor which, it’s difficult to carry a luggage upstairs. There was a lot of noises on both sides of my bedroom which prevented me from sleeping.
