Location was perfect, bed comfy. Room clean and cleaning service was great.
The bathroom had no real door (it is transparent glass) which in a double room with two people is not good.

Perfect location, clean room with great A/C. Staff were lovely but the hours of reception would make things difficult should you need something.

Excellent location close to the plaza de la reina . Good sized room with a decent shower. Aircon worked well and was definitely needed! Lift/elevator to all floors but good, wide staircases.

Location
The toilet was really noisy and it felt like it was getting filled whole night and it is not getting filled while you are showering. Bed was barely okay and AC was too loud that I had to turn it off
