Beautiful hotel with great design at a great central location and wonderful staff. Could not ask for a better hotel!
Tons of shops and restaurants, you are truly in the center of it all. The hotel was beautifully decorated and Ana was a great hostess at reception. We even received a room upgrade. The rooms have aircon that on hot days it is truly a blessing to have. We had a wonderful stay.
The beds are a bit hard but that is just a preference.

The hotel is very centrally located and for the price, the amenities are great. I came for the eclipse and the staff had very kindly provided me a complimentary pair of eclipse glasses.
There was some water damage on the ceiling of my room that was unattractive, but not deeply concerning other than that.
