Wspaniała lokalizacja, czyste pokoje. Uśmiechnięty i pozytywny personel.
Pokój posiadał wiele udogodnień takich jak prostownica, żelazko parowe, suszarka do włosów, zestawy kosmetyków.
Śniadanie w obiekcie jak również każdy posiłek zamawiany z karty był wyborny.
Jeżeli planujesz się zatrzymać w Walencji to tylko tam!

The location was excellent. Easy walking distance to all restaurants, shops & public transportation, so getting around was easy.
Having a receptionist on property, along with a restaurant and bar in the lobby, was an added but welcome bonus. The room was clean, as well as the bathrooms. The AC/heater, the refrigerator, and room amenities were excellent.
Best of all, the double pane glass windows were amazing, and the street sounds minimal.
My stay was during the "fallas festival," and the windows minimized the noise of the fireworks & canon fire didn't disrupt my sleep. The early 2am cannon fire was heard, but it was not a major issue to sleep through. A true gem of a property in the center of the Ruzafa neighborhood.
Pillows on the bed were long and thin instead of the usual square, and the pillow case fabric was scratchy; that's just a small suggestion to the hotel to make pillows perfect. Pillows were also med to firm, not goose downy & flat.

Excelente localização, fica perto da maioria dos pontos turísticos da cidade. Comercio, restaurantes e bares bem perto. O quarto superou minhas expectativas, limpeza, conforto e todas as informações necessárias acessíveis. Tudo muito novinho.
A acústica do quarto não é boa. Dá para ouvir tudo que esta acontecendo no corredor. O elevador é extremamente lento.

Alles. Super mooie zolderkamer met prachtig terras in de zon. Verzorgingsproducten van Clarins. Heel vriendelijk personeel (kamermeisje, onthaal, ober in bar en restaurant) lekker eten (ontbijt en dinner) Stil hotel midden in de stad.
Soms trage WiFi verbinding. Misschien omdat onze kamer op het 5de verdiep lag?!

located very perfect in the city in the middle of many possibilities for culture, restaurants, shopping and so on. and still very quiet. easy to walk anywhere but also close enough to walk from the metro-station which arrives directly from the airport (5 min). The persons at reception are very helpful and really nice! the cleaning was done very nice as well! the beds were good and the shower as well very nice. the restaurant has good food for dinner.
breakfast is a bit overpriced and it did not happen once that everything arrived that we ordered without asking again, its not much and its 12 euro without a second coffee or anything. so I'd recommend to use one of the maaaany wonderful opportunities around the hotel, which is more reliable, just as good and half as expensive.

Mój pobyt w tym hotelu był niezapomniany, a lokalizacja tego miejsca okazała się być jednym z jego największych atutów. Zaledwie 350 metrów (3-5 minut spacerem) dzieliły mnie od stacji metra, z którego odjeżdża pociąg (nr 3 i 5) bezpośrednio na lotnisko. Dodatkowo obok hotelu (mniej niż 1 min drogi) znajduje się wypożyczalnia rowerów.
Wnętrza hotelu przywitały mnie nie tylko swoim urokiem, ale także funkcjonalnością. Pokój, w którym mieszkałem, przewyższył moje oczekiwania pod względem wyposażenia. Zaskoczyła mnie dostępność parownicy, wysokiej jakości suszarki do włosów, prostownicy do włosów i kompletnego zestawu do dbania o brodę.
Dodatkowo, hotel zaskoczył mnie swoją troską o gości. W dniu moich urodzin otrzymałam piękny prezent w postaci szampana, co sprawiło, że dzień stał się jeszcze bardziej wyjątkowy. Obsługa hotelowa również zasługuje na pochwałę za profesjonalizm i dbałość o detale.
Podsumowując, polecam ten hotel z całego serca. Doskonała lokalizacja, piękne wnętrza, bogate wyposażenie pokoi oraz dbałość o detale sprawiają, że ten pobyt był dla mnie niezapomniany. To miejsce zasługuje na najwyższe noty i z pewnością będę polecać je znajomym planującym wizytę w tym pięknym mieście.

Really nice and cozy hotel in the Center of Valencia. Rooms are good size with super nice beds and pillows. I had a very good sleep! Restaurant in the hotel has a very good quality. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Also I would like to admit great location of this hotel.

Everything about this place exceeded expectations. Staff were absolutely lovely - friendly & helpful, the room impeccably clean & fresh. The location was fantastic. Restaurant food was amazing. Would definitely recommend & return.

Das modern ausgestattete Hotel hat eine super Lage, ideal für die Altstadt und fußläufig zum Turia-Park. Es liegt unmittelbar neben der Universität an einer kleinen ruhigen Einbahnstraße. Der Empfang und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Das Frühstück (Auswahl aus mehreren Menüs) waren sehr gut. Das Restaurant im Haus ist auch bei Einheimischen sehr populär und schon ab Vormittag gut besucht.
Wir kommen gern wieder.

After using Booking and several other portals to read the ratings of this hotel, I booked it for 4 nights and I'm very happy that I did. Great staff, clean rooms, perfect breakfast and a very good location to be in Valencia for some days.
There's no reason I would stay anywhere else next time.

Perfect location to explore old city, as well as Colon area. We booked a bike tour (Bike Guy VLC) and this way also went to the beach area.

Nice rooms, a bit small, but sufficient. (You have to be outside in beautiful Valencia rather than in your hotel room anyway) Noise from outside is completely blocked out (you do have to close the windows), other rooms sometimes can be heard. Luckily we were far away from the elevator (loud elevator voice). We requested a double bed (one mattress) and that was okay! Clean rooms and cleaned daily as well.
Breakfast was more than sufficient, no buffet, but there is a choice between different things on the menu.
Restaurant food also good.
A bit much for one person of staff to handle on breakfast rush hour.
We prefer buffet, but this is personal choice and we did know Helen Berger did not have buffet before.
