We love this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The location was excellent. Walking distance from shopping, historical sites, restaurants etc. Would stay again.
The room was a little tight but nothing too bad for the amount of time that we spent there.

Close to main street and center
Didn't like the idea of asking for my credit card number while my reservation is done and paid through booking.com. breakfast is in a different hotel.

The efforts made by the staff during our stay were phenomenal. Nothing was too much trouble and if you asked for something to be changed or provided, it was done within meetings, and followed up with a WhatsApp message.
A bar or eating area within the property would have been nice, but the provisions made offsite were excellent
