Apartment is clean, modern and a good size. Cot was set up when we got there. Easy to find entrance, was clean and got a text when room was ready. The location is good. There is locker storage around the corner if needed aswell. Would recommend and we will be back
Cleaners left stuff in the lift so we had to carry pram downstairs and once the button on bottom floor didn’t work so had to walk up 4 flights. No major issue for us but could be for others.

Great location, close to the old city and to the metro with direct line to the airport. Very quiet, very clean and well equipped.
Not really a problem as the weather was very hot but I couldn’t get any hot water. It was tepid at best .

Well the location is good. It was spacious.
There was no lobby at all, no reception. The sofa bed for my other other was not ready, because I registered there for 3 people and I have to request for bed sheet, blanket and 2 pillows. There was no thick blanket as well, I also requested for that but was only given 1, so I use the towel on top of my daughter's thin blanket to keep her warm in the evening. Because if we off the air-conditioner, it will be hot.
