Buenas Habitaciones y trato, pero mucho ruido y sin piscina 🤔🙄

Los trabajadores muy atentos y educados. La habitación estaba limpia y organizada.

No nos gusto que cuando hicimos la reserva online no avisaron nunca que el hotel estaba siendo reparado ni que no funcionaba la piscina y cuando llegamos al hotel nos informan de esta situación. Para el precio que tiene esperaba poder disfrutar de todo lo que se podía. Habia escogido ese hotel por la piscina y no pudimos acceder a ella, podian haber bajado el precio del hospedaje o avisar al cliente en la página al hacer la reserva porque al final te cobran todo como si estuviese disponible. Lo otro negativo es que hacia mucho ruido desde temprano los equipos de la reparación . Era imposible dormir mas alla de las 8am, el ruido te quitaba toda tranquilidad, parecia como si estuviesemos dentro de la obra. No deberia ofertar ese hotel siendo reparado asi con tanto ruido y sin poder disponer de todos los locales.

Wir würden das Hotel nicht wieder buchen.

Die Lage des Hotels, nähe ÖV, Zimmer recht gross

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer( Vorhänge, Möbel) niemals 4 Sterne würdig. Badezimmerbeleuchtung sehr schlecht. Keine Möglichkeit im Zimmer Tee/ Kaffe zuzubereiten. Baulärm im Hotel! Nachtessen mittelmässig

Wszystko ok.

Lokalizacja idealna na zwiedzanie. W 3 dni przejechane mnóstwo kilometrów na rowerach. Wypożyczalnia w hotelu bądź przy ulicy za rogiem. Walencja jest idealna dla rowerzystów, mnóstwo ścieżek i tras. Dużo restauracji dookoła hotelu, bardzo dobrej jakości. Pokoje standardowe, wszystko bez zarzutu, wyposażenie pokoju wystarczające, czystość ok. Basen niby mały ale naprawdę wystarcza żeby się schłodzić :) Polecam!

A well positioned location for th city and the beach

The location was excellent. The bedrooms were cleaned with fresh linen everyday. There was a wide variety of choice at breakfast -cold meats and cheeses; fruit and fruit juices; hot meals ; a wide variety of delicious bread. You couldn’t fault it. The reception staff were very helpful. Any problem or questions were quickly answered.

Our room allocation. It was on a low floor and on the corner. It was noisy outside at times.

The swimming pool could be bigger, to accommodate more people in the hot days that one can't really do much sightseeing.

The hotel has a policy that only allows dogs max. 8 kgs. However you will not find this information unless you read the common guidelines between Corona and other general information. Under the section pets there is nothing written about it. So I arrived at the hotel after driving 10 hours in the heat (booked spontaneously the night before) and then learned this piece of information at the front desk, where I was informed that I cannot stay with my dog and need to find a new hotel. I don`t understand why this policy exists and why this information is not written under the pet section where you can find it. Also, I was told to ask booking.com to cancel my booking, which I did. The hotel never replied and I was charged the full amount for a room that I never accessed. Will forward this to my lawyer.

Great place to stay

Everything was very nice the briefest was good and the bead were comfortable. Close to posts of stuff walkable to beach. Pool was great!

Valencia is an excellent place to go and this was the perfect hotel.

Thé location, only 10 minutes from “ciudad de las artes y las ciencias “.

They charge me 6 euros by day to have an electronic kettle.

Golfing Stag do for over 40's

Location was fantastic 35 minutes walk to the beach 5 minutes taxi ride to beach or city centre. All the amazing local arts and and museums close.

Price of breakfast was a little steep at 16 euros but the choices were okay hot food wasn't hot for very long.

The staff is very friendly , location is very good . Special thank you to the restaurant staff !! Breakfast was awaking ! Everything is fresh and tasty !

No coffee machine in the room . The pool is very small and it was impossible to get a chair there . The biggest disappointment was a bike rent ! We thought we were getting a deal as hotel guests but unfortunately hotel took advantage of us . The bikes were old and it cost €13 per person . You can easy find bikes for rent for €3-5 in town ! So don’t rent bikes from the hotel .

No supervision in pool area. Also noted that guests left towels on loungers and went off for 4 hours. Meantime other guests had to lie on the ground.

A well established chain hotel on the outskirts of Valencia centre.

Expensive but comfortable hotel. Well provisioned and friendly staff. Good size pool and sun bathing area. Small gym and sauna also available. Brilliant buffet breakfast. Well set up for twin room.

Location - quite far out of Valencia centre. GPS reports it would taken 50mins ish to walk into the centre. No metro station nearby, unsure bout busses. Hotel bar overpriced+++.

functional and impersonal hotel

clean and functionnal good breakfast - with lots of options for everyone ,

a bit old fashion / 80’ s style / bathroom walls and ground entirely in orange marble , not cosy bed matress very hard ordered desserts at the room service and received a piece of strawberry tart still deep frozen
