Good location for both the beach and city centre.
Nice size bedroom with very large comfy bed.
The bathroom was in need of an update.

The hotel has 4 stars, it was pretty good, and I guess in the past it was amazing. I definitely see its past glory. But it also means it needs some changes already. Minor renovation would be really a game changer.
Overall, the location is fantastic. Very convenient and close to major good sightseeing locations, old city is reachable by public transport.
Breakfast was good. More than enough of different options.
Personnel is friendly and very easy-going, was always happy to help.
If you need towels for the beach they provide them as well. It was super helpful.
Minor things: like airco did not really work in the building. During extreme heat all we wanted is just to cool down in our room, but the temperature was around 25 degrees inside. I guess with mentioned renovation, the whole system could get an upgrade. The airco was very dusty, it did not look good to breath this air with :(
Other thing: gym is located on the top floor with access through open roof where swimming pool is. I am not sure if in the winter it is very nice. But I guess the distance is not that big. It was just strange layout.

The location is OK. Apart from that not much else.
Considering the price of the breakfast, the cooked offering needs to be much better. The eggs and bacon were stone cold on day one and barely warm on day 2. The rooms were tired, especially the bathroom. Noisy air conditioning unit. Car park had tiny entrance so if you like your car think twice about using it. We booked this hotel based on our experience at its sister hotel in Granada. There is no comparison between the two hotels with Granada being far superior.
