J'ai passé un excellent séjour de dix jours dans cet appartement à Valence, globalement tout était très bien.
Je tiens à souligner la réactivité et le professionnalisme de l’équipe suite à un incident indépendant de leur volonté.
Lors d'une soirée de très fortes pluies, une légère infiltration d'eau est apparue dans la chambre.
En une trentaine de minutes, le concierge était sur place pour s'assurer que tout allait bien et m'a proposé une solution de couchage pour la nuit.
Dès le lendemain matin, un technicien est intervenu et tout a été réglé dans la journée.
La communication a été excellente et j'ai même eu une attention commerciale très appréciée.
Cela peut arriver, mais la manière dont c'est géré fait toute la différence. Je recommande sans hésiter.
Il pourrait y avoir plus de consommables (liquide vaisselle, sacs de poubelle, papier toilette) pour un séjour de 10 jours

La suite/appartamento è ampia e ben rifinita. Ottimi i servizi interni (ventilatori, aria condizionata, Wi-Fi, cucina). Letti comodi e bagno ampio. La presenza di un piccolo "cortile" interno.
La porta finestra di ingresso direttamente sulla strada non permette di lasciare aperta la finestra. La scarsità di armadi per riporre i propri vestiti, specialmente se occupata da 4 persone. L'assenza di una "tenda" nella doccia del bagno per evitare di bagnare fuori.

Ottimo appartamento, nuovo, aria condizionata top, letto comodissimo. Posizione non centralissima, ma in ogni caso a metà via fra il mare e il centro.
Una bottiglia di acqua nel frigo (o di vino), qualche rotolo di carta igienica in più.
