About this house rental
Situated in Scottsdale, this attractive house for $214 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Close to everything near the heart of Old Town Scottsdale! Minutes from Fashion Square, baseball stadiums, art galleries, restaurants, bars, hiking, shopping, and numerous golf courses. This newly remodeled home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms plus a guest casita (5th bedroom)! The spacious floor plan allows guests to be together but never feel crowded. The dining table comfortably seats 8 and there's 4 more seats at the adjacent breakfast bar. There's a 65" TV in the Living Room for movies, sporting events or just relaxing at the end of a fun day as well as TV's in all bedrooms. The kitchen is straight out of a magazine and is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals. The big backyard features a new swimming pool/hot tub area with lounge seating, a gas fire pit, gas BBQ, outdoor table and chairs, artificial grass, and backyard games such as giant Jenga and corn hole. WiFi and cable TV are included. We've done everything to help provide our guests with the most comfortable, fun and relaxation vacation possible. Sleeping accommodations: Bedroom 1: King bed Bedroom 2: King bed Bedroom 3: King bed Bedroom 4: Two Full-size beds Living Room - Full size pull-out bed Guest Casita (detached and does not have a bathroom) - King bed We are happy to provide the following extra amenities: • The Hot Tub is included in the nightly rate. Heating the entire swimming pool (up to approximately 85 degrees) is optional (weather permitting) for an additional fee of $75/night and requires advanced notice. • Early Check-In and late Check-Out (only when available) and requires at least 72 hours advanced notice to properly schedule with our cleaning company. My family of 5 (21+) enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, spacious home. There was plenty of room for all of us to stretch out & play games (provided) in the evening. The back yard was inviting & provided opportunities for family bonding time. The location was convenient to get to a variety of activities (Food tour, Sedona, shopping, hot air balloon etc…)
Nice option if you, like us, have outgrown hotel type accommodations. Owner was very accommodating & responsive 😊

While not long on “bells and whistles”, we were very pleased with the pots/pans/utensils/tableware/etc. offered in this rental. We were able to prepare all our meals including a multi-course Thanksgiving dinner without having to purchase tools for the kitchen. Very thankful for this surprise

Great trip and location. Just what we were looking for! Bedrooms needed drawers and hooks for clothing so they didn’t have to stay in the suitcase. Otherwise all was good!

Tim’s home in the heart of Scottsdale is an absolute oasis and was a great place for us to spend 2 months! The back yard is adorable with a gorgeous pool and plenty of seating, areas to play games, and just hang out. The home was immaculate, there was plenty of room for all the friends and family, the neighborhood was safe and quiet; we hated to leave! Tim is an amazing host very quick to respond, he answered so many of our questions and truly helped us as we transitioned to living in Arizona. We highly recommend this property or any property listed by this host. Enjoy!

This was our first trip to Arizona. We came with our adult children and their spouses. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed many hours in the pool. House was exactly as advertised and check in and check out was extremely easy. Tim was quick to get back with answers to all my questions. I would recommend this place to everyone

This is the ONLY home rental that I have ever read “Leave the cleaning to us, enjoy your vacation” Seriously, made my week!
Tim was incredibly helpful, even let us borrow a cooler for our baseball tournament. The pool was great, and the house was thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen was complete with the extras you never want to have to buy, spices, olive oil, pan spray, etc

Communication was well in the beginning. However, the detached casita really should not be labeled as a bedroom as it gets way too hot and has a hot water heater in it that isn’t enclosed and also not in the picture posted.
The A/C also broke one of the days we were there. The owner was on it as far as replacing it BUT the kiddos were cranky and over heated. In addition to that, the pool guy came and put chemicals in so we were unable to swim for 3 hours. The crane had blocked us in so we weren’t able to leave. Asking for compensation but owners communication has completely changed.

The home was great and being able to swim after a long day at the baseball field was perfect. The overall property was clean and very pretty. The host was super attentive and quick to respond to any questions. We definitely recommend and would stay again.

This property is everything as described and more! Tim called prior to check in to welcome me and see if we had any questions. The house was very spacious and had all the bells and whistles for our 10 day stay. Would recommend this property to anyone with a big family or friend group.

Tim has a beautiful house. We were in town to watch our kids play softball for spring break. We enjoyed using the pool, hot tub and fire pit during our stay. Would definitely stay at his house again and would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in Scottsdale. Nice modest neighborhood, easy access to everything we wanted to do. House was exactly as advertised with a wonderful heated pool and hot tub that we really took advantage of. Only glitch was water heater went out on us for one day but Tim took care of it as quickly as he could. A relatively minor inconvenience that could have ruined our stay if he hadn't taken care of it right away. Overall really happy with our stay!

We were looking for a comfortable place with easy access to everything. This place fit the bill! Tim proactively let us know we were able to get in a little early, which was a huge help since individuals arrived at different times. There was a great manual for how to use things, and Tim was available for questions. The home was clean and comfortable. We greatly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and fire pit area, as well as the close proximity to Old Town. A true gem!

The house was a fantastic place to stay for our family including extended family. Everybody was happy, had plenty of space, great setup to gather for meals and to hang out. The neighborhood was great and had easy access to everything needed. Everything needed for an exceptional stay was available. Tim was quick and easy to communicate with. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

This house in Scottsdale was great. Living space was super comfortable - awesome couch in the living room, gourmet kitchen and open to dining area, and great bedrooms with FANTASTIC mattresses and nice bathrooms. The outdoor space was even better - pool with hot tub, gas fire, dining area and outdoor games. But the absolute best part was Tim, the owner. We got stuck in Phoenix due to bad weather in Seattle, and Tim was super flexible and made his home available to us at the last-minute. He made sure we could get in quickly and easily, pre-heated the hot tub for us, and was always available. From someone who had 5 family members who were pretty upset to be stranded in Phoenix and miss Christmas, he really came through to make it a memorable and very comfortable holiday away from home. His hospitality was very appreciated and there's nothing more valuable than a VRBO host who is personally invested in making sure his guests have a great experience - Tim is that guy. :)

We had a great time! House was very comfortable in size for our group (6 adults + 2 kids). Loved the hot tub and heated pool. Tim went above and beyond and allowed us to check in as soon as we arrived from the airport instead of waiting until the listed time of 4pm which was very much appreciated. Overall a great experience!

We really enjoyed staying at Tim’s home. It was a great location and very convenient. Tim is an excellent host and very responsive. We came to spend Thanksgiving with family and it was so nice to close by to grocery stores, etc…The house had plenty of space and room for all and it was spacious. We would stay there again.
