THE 'WARTS' - Every place has them :) The apartment is ground level and has a condo above so you will hear us walking around and such as well as all the noise associated with lively urban apartment living. Also, the half bath is very small and located through the bedroom. GUESTS ARE LIMITED TO THE PEOPLE ON THE RESERVATION $250 per person / per day for any unregistered guests. PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF MY NEIGHBORS - The noise does carry so we ask that you bring the noise in when coming and going late at night and while outside. Parking: There is on street parking but I've never had to walk more than two blocks. Please pay attention to the signs regarding parking. I have one guest pass for resident parking on my Street - only required May 1 to Oct 1. Pass absolutely MUST be returned - failure to do so will result in a $250 fee. In order to keep cleaning fees down the stove, microwave, and refrigerator should be left clean. Because of guest feedback, we ask that you keep the next renter in mind and refrain from cooking seafood and other foods that leave a lingering odor.
