Nestled in Newport, this lovely condo for $483 per night is a great option for your next break. It’s a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with nice light at all hours of the day. Enjoy your stay away from home with all the amenities that you are leaving behind. Large comfortable beds with the best linens, large TVs and nice a kitchen to make anything you want. If your feeling adventurous, this home is located in the heart of Broadway, just steps away from all the local hangouts spots. And for the morning, you are 50 feet away from Newports new Nitro Coffee Bar. Please note, there is no designated parking at the location. All parking is street parking only We like to give our guests as much space as they want so accessing the house is super easy with our check-in instructions. All the locks are keypad smart locks so no need to get keys. Check-in time is anytime after 3PM and come and go as you please. Parking is street parking only and is usually pretty easy to find given the location. All guests will get an email the day of their stay with the codes to the doors and suggestions for parking. As we like to give you space, we are also very available for anything guest might need from extra towels to dinner recommendations. Just send us a message or give a call and we are here to help! Located in the heart of downtown Broadway, you are steps away from all the local hangouts, coffee shop and Caleb and Broad. Walking down Broadway is a great people watching opportunity and stop in to anyplace that looks interesting. And a 7 min walk further down Broadway, you will end up in Downtown Newport Waterfront were the best restaurants and bars and shopping are all at your finger tips. Sitting at The Black Pearl outdoor patio for the best clam chowder is a must on your list. Access to the guest units is extremely easy with keyless touchpad smart locks. Come and go as you please and no need to schedule time to pick up keys. All guest will have access to their apartment with their own private kitchen and private bathroom. If your a walking person, everything is within a 10 minutes walk to what you might want to see. 1st Beach is also about 10-15 min walk. If your looking to go see the mansions, might want to get an Uber or walk to town to jump on a pedi cab to still explore the town just moving a little faster than on foot. There is the Newport buss transport that you can jump on and off.

Apartment was beautifully decorated, super spacious and comfortable. Excellent proximity to the wharf, walking distance to restaurants. Host made check in super easy and all the instructions that we needed for our stay were given before check in. Loved staying there and will definitely stay again.

First time to Newport. The property was located conveniently downtown, east walking distance to coffee (around the corner), restaurants and shops. Property was easy to access, check in/out instructions were easy. Property was 5 star clean and well appointed. Would definitely stay again.

We came to Newport to celebrate my bachelorette and chose this home for our stay and I couldn't be happier with the choice! It was in a great location and provided us exactly what we needed for a great weekend! I will definitely be looking to go back to this property in the future as well as look at some of their other options for homes for bigger groups! Highly recommend booking through Windward Suites and cutting out the VRBO middleman.

The property was exactly as listed. It was super clean and had every amenity we could need, including plentiful linens, washer/dryer with detergent, coffee, great wood, etc. I stayed with my wife, 2y/o daughter, and parents and there was plenty of room for everyone. Check in was a breeze and we’d totally recommend this spot to anyone looking to stay in Newport. The only super tiny thing missing was a mirror on the bedroom with the single bed, but if that’s the only complaint, I think the place is pretty damn good lol

It was super cold so we had to stay in the apartment a lot of the weekend. We loved the apartment and it was perfect for us. But the problem was that there was no hot water so we were not able to shower the entire weekend. Not sure if the cold weather had to do w it but that was a huge pain.
I did contact the owner and he checked on the water heater but it didn’t fix the problem while we were there.

Recently spent a weekend in Newport with my two adult daughters. The apartment was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and well appointed. Matthew, the owner, responded quickly to any questions we had. The location is perfect. We parked our car on arrival and never needed to use the car until it was time to leave. You can easily walk to shops, restaurants and the Cliff Walk. Do not hesitate to book a stay at this apartment. You will not be disappointed!!!!

When we arrived on Friday afternoon, we found the third floor unit to be cute and clean. BUT, the toilet didn't flush and the shower was just a trickle. I emailed VRBO that night, but the message never made it through to the owner.
The next day, the unit was checked-out. A plumber was not available for Saturday so we were moved to the 1st floor apartment. It was the right thing to do and it was lovely!
We would also suggest that you stock the apartment a little more thoroughly. There was only one wine glass and only 3 washcloths. There was also no dishwashing liquid and one of the lightbulbs was missing.
This first floor unit was lovely. Thank you for moving us!

It was absolutely adorable, and a perfect last minute getaway for my family of four. The slanted ceilings are a bit low, and we bumped our heads a few times, but it was all part of the charm!

We enjoyed our stay at this nicely renovated 3 floor apartment. Nice place to stay if you are visiting RI colleges or just want to experience Newport. Street parking was easy. It had everything we needed. Hope to return!

The location was fine, in wintertime, driving is not an issue, but if it were summer I'd say it's a bit far of a walk to the Thames/America's cup area. There were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, but it was about .75 miles to walk to Thames. There was ample parking on the street (again, wintertime so can't vouch for summertime).
The apartment was lovely, very nice furnishings, bathroom was lovely. It is an attic apartment so the walls are slanted making it very easy to bump your head. At times the sloped ceilings were frustrating, in the master, for example, you have to slant your body to walk around to the far side of the bed. The couches were stained and uncomfortable but really that's nitpicky, overall it was fine. There was plenty of lights and the heat was impressive, I was worried it might be chilly but wasn't at all! We could hear the beeps for when people came into and out of the house via the stairwell but never heard our downstairs neighbors. Excellent insulation!
Overall this little 2 bedroom was lovely. An old home which was renovated nicely and well priced for being able to walk to shops.

The unit is beautiful and it's not as close to town as I thought. By car it was a breeze.
The one thing I'd have to kind of have to mention, the hot water is a little weird...takes a bit to tweak it to run hot. And that water pressure is just poor. Aside from that, beautiful unit, everything you can ask for and I'd be back.

Great location all attractions are in walking distance, the property management was wonderful. I couldn’t locate a hair dryer, so I messaged the property manager, in less than 15 minutes he showed up with a brand new one in the box. It’s spacious and a really cute place, the third level requires a lot of stairs to get to just quick FYI! All together a great property.

This attic apartment was a gem! It looked just like the pictures and was perfect for me and my two teen daughters for a girls weekend away! Extremely clean and convenient to walk to shopping, restaurants and the ferry. Matthew and Keith were extremely accommodating hosts and I would highly recommend renting from them! Thank you!
