This Townhouse is located in an old fishing village called 'Es Molinar' in Palma de Mallorca. Molinar combines the advantages of living in a small seaside town, such as tranquility and proximity to the beach; located just 5 minutes walk from the house; and also offers a variety of facilities to make your stay enjoyable. It is a nice town house of 110 square meters located 250 meters away from the sea and beach. The house has two levels plus the roof terrace of 70 square meters. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one bedroom with bath and shower and other with shower. Baby cot is available on request. The roof terrace is perfect for lunch or dinner and to enjoy the fresh breeze from the sea, also at the courtyard-patio on the ground floor level. The house is equipped with amenities you can expect: TV with dual cables, wifi, hot/cold air-conditioning in all the rooms, baby cot available, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, oven, washing machine etc. It is a perfect place for holiday which is close to the city of Palma to enjoy shopping, museums, explore the old town and culture and also it is close to the beach where you can chill with the beautiful ocean view. The property has air conditioning system hot and cool in all bedrooms and common areas. We politely ask you to be responsible with energy consumption. Electricity: Included in your reservation is an electricity fee of 40€. Any additional usage will be charged at 0,35€/KWh. The electricity meter is logged on arrival and at departure. Tourist licence number: ETV/7802 Surroundings: The townhouse is located in a perfect area only 10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes by bus to the center of Palma and its shopping streets and culture. You can cycle on the seafront promenade to the center of Palma. It's only 15 minutes away to the closest local beaches of Portixol, Ciudad Jardín, Can Pastilla or Arenal. You will need a car only if you are planing to explore the whole island. You will also find a variety of lovely bars for beautiful sunset views over the sea. The best paellas, seafood and fresh fish restaurants trendy bars, typical Majorcan cuisine and international dishes are here in this area. The house is just minutes walk from the Portixol beach, which is the perfect place for a swim. Perfect for all sorts of sport activities such as snorkelling, windsurfing, paddle, sailing, fishing, and much more from the small club Nautico of Molinar. There are a variarety of shops, supermarket, pharmacy, newspapers kiosk, bakery and also a gym with heated swimming pool, tennis court and others are all also close by. This is the perfect place for a family holiday or with friends. Tourist Tax, Property Charges and Policies: Flexible changeover day, arrival at 15:00 hours departure at 10:00 hours. We work hard at accommodating everyone's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival or departure into the house is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help. We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure. There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry. Prices for this property are in Euros. A refundable deposit is required for any damage caused to the property or contents. Bookings also taken for December to March. Long winter rental prices on request. Please note if your arrival to the property is between 21h00 and 23h00, there is a late check in fee of 50€ which can be paid in cash on arrival. All garbage must be removed from the house before you leave on the check out day, or there will be a 50€ extra charge. Electricity: Included in your reservation is an electricity fee of 40€. Die Lage ist gut ,man ist schnell am Wasser oder in den Strassen zu einigen guten Tapasbars. Die Ausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber noch ausreichend.Der Service ist echt gut und nett. Würde ich wieder buchen.

The apartment was clean and check-in was easy. The management company was friendly to deal with. The location is great, close to the beach and restaurants. The apartment had standard Ikea furniture and the roof deck was a bit spare with no sun umbrella or awning to shield the sun. The apartment was also short on some obvious kitchen equipment and things weren't put away well. I don't recommend staying here if you have a young child that likes to get his/her hands on everything, as all the plates and glasses are at ground level with only a curtain covering them.
