Located in the heart of the city, it is the ideal starting point to easily reach everything you want to visit during your stay, with the convenience of being able to take a break at home whenever you want. The area is full of unmissable pastry shops and the Rialto market, ideal for shopping, is easily accessible. In addition, a supermarket is just a few steps away. The apartment is extremely comfortable: it has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms with shower, a large living area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

We (husband and wife) visited from the US in May 2026. The apartment was outstanding. There were several features that stood out to us.Location - being located between the Rialto Bridge and Saint Mark's Square was fantastic. Maybe a 5 minute walk to both. You can see Palazzo Contarini del Bolovo out the front windows. Busy during the day but very quite at dinner and overnight.Space - plenty large enough for 3 people or 4 if someone sleeps on the couch. The second bathroom was a bonus even for 2 people. Everything was clean and the kitchen appeared to have everything for cooking (we ate out).Correspondence - owners answered questions very quickly and provided easy directions to meet to show the apartment, review regulations, and hand over keys.Updates - there were a few items that we would like to see completed for an even better experience. Shower doors could use some work in the master bath and does allow some water on the floor. Including a small bottle of shower gel/shampoo would he helpful. It is a bit dark at night, a couple more lamps would help. Having a roll of paper towels or napkins is helpful. The flooring into the main room has a bubble that can trip someone and should be repaired. New linens and towels could be updated Lastly the bed was a bit hard for our taste but may be normal for Italy.

We had a wonderful time staying at this quaint apartment. Everything was all set for us. We enjoyed having two bathrooms for its size. It was centrally located and was a great hub for our stay. We plan to reach out again for availability for our next trip.

VRBO host was extremely supportive and helpful. Location was near St Marks Square (4 minute walk). Only unfortunate situations were main shower curtain was unable to stop all water from dripping on the floor. Main bedroom floor had a dirt film that collected on our socks. Overall a decent place to stay while in Venice.
