The location was phenomenal and the needs were comfortable.
It should be noted that you have to walk through one bedroom into the other. Also, the showers have super small entrances and water issues.

This is a prime location. You couldn’t get closer to St Marc’s square. The apartment is very spacious. The flooring is very lovely. It is on the 2nd floor so steps, but this was expected as it’s the same as most apartments in Venice. The 2 bathrooms and kitchen area are very modern and clean. One shower is a bit small but not really a problem
All the sofas and chairs have covers over them so it feels the owners don’t want you to sit on them. The balcony was a disappointment. The metal seats and table are rusty. There are sheets hanging on one side of the balcony presumably to hide the view but these are a bit grotty. There was a smell of cooking from a restaurant/takeaway nearby. It is noisy in the bedroom until late at night but we got used to that.Small points: no tea towel no iron or board. I don’t think they should advertise this as a luxury apartment instead build on its strengths. Prime location. Spacious. Authentic decoration.

Die Lage ist einfach fantastisch. Eine Seitenstrasse vom Piazza San Marco. Das ist unschlagbar. Die Wohnung hat sehr venezianischen Charme und ist riesig. Alles war sehr bequem und prima eingerichtet.
Die Dachterrasse ist eigentlich schön, aber die Tischdecke war vollkommen verdreckt und uralt dass sich das Plastik schon aufgelöst hatte. Man konnte diese nicht mal richtig saubermachen. War komplett von Vogelkot verdreckt. Die Stühle sind total verrostet, deswegen konnte man die auch nicht gut reinigen. Da hätte man schon mal ein paar Euro investieren können damit man diese nutzen kann. Das war sehr enttäuschend.

Perfect location in San Marco/heart of Venice city. Gave real sense of living in an historic site, with some modern updates.
Shower temps were very difficult to regulate, with alternating cold/hot bursts. Twice, cold showers only. This might be related to plumbing difficulties in historic buildings. Steep stairs to 3rd floor apt. not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or heavier luggage.
